Rooms clean and large. However, very old and with terrible carpeting. Should urgently be renovated!

"Another perfect stay"
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staffs is amazing.. Especially Ms.Elizabeth Jones.. Always putting customers above and beyond.. the
professionalism with the most positive attitude ever.. now thats what puts a smile on my face every time.. not to mention the young man named Jonathan Rodriguez as well when these 2 work together its like 2 peas in a pod with sunshine of brightness.. always accommodating
me to the best possible due to my ADA.. excellent customer service.. the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate.
In past years I have stayed at different hotel's and nothing beats this hotel.
Now I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other than date tree hotel best western..
The only thing that needs improvement, in my opinion, is the breakfast time due to our work hours other than that..5 stars thank you Elizabeth Jones and Jonathan Rodriguez for always providing excellent customer service and being there for your customers you are appreciated..

Our car broke down 50 miles from town, we were 3 Seniors and a Lab. When we checked in the Man was very friendly, The next day there was another Man, and a Woman named Carrie, every one of them were extremely friendly and helpful. The Mechanic told us they needed to order parts and our vehicle wouldn't be ready till the next day. This Best Western is in LA Quinta, CA. we drove from Prescott Valley, AZ. driving to Santa Paula, CA. I asked if we could get a late check out. I said, because we didn't know if our car would be fixed the same day. We ended up renting a car, the Uber driver picked us up, ( Which Carrie helped my Wife sign up for). Never once did we get a snotty reply, or was told you have to be out at Noon! What we got was caring People that went out of their way to help fellow humans.

We booked an overnight stay in the hotel and have to say, it was really great!
We were even greeted in German at reception.
The pool is available 24/7!
Breakfast offers an impressive selection, especially compared to American standards.

Fun fun fun under the ? sun! Nice little place to hang out. The kids love the pool. No issues with the staff nice friendly environment.
