Standing in line for almost 30 minutes is crazy, the line wasn’t even long. Train your cashiers to be faster. Absolutely no sense of urgency.

I’m giving this store one star because every time I shop here there’s only one cashier working, and the line is always backed up. It’s frustrating and makes the whole shopping experience stressful.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We showed up 2 hours before closing and they wouldn’t open up either changing rooms. Then waiting in line only one person at the register while 2 lights were on . The guy in front ( Daniel) just kept looking at us but didn’t care as the line grew and grew. It had 12 customers waiting in line by the time the one register called us up. But it never seemed to phase him. You could tell no one their likes their jobs or takes pride in it. They were so rude at this store so many people were working but no one helped us or the other customers. I could hear them talk about while me and him kids were in line. They were not happy at all. But the manager on duty didn’t seems to care

There was no toilet paper in the gentlemans wc. I let several people know and they all alerted the manager/supervisor. Karen or karla was her name. After 20 minutes of no action from her i went and got my own from my vehicle. We did purchase from the store and everyone was nice excepr for the incident that i just shared.

For a recent special occasion, I decided to try the department store's personal styling service. The stylist did a great job in helping me put together a unique and stylish outfit. While I was mostly pleased with the results, I found that some of the clothing items were a bit expensive. However, I appreciated the value for the overall service, and I received many compliments at the event. I'll definitely consider using the service again, especially for more budget-friendly options.

ok so i would shop here more often if their clothes were more "in". for younger girls the clothes are kinda ok but definitely not great and the women plus size clothes are honestly really ugly. Shoe selection isn't great either. Decor is cute though!

I predict Burlington Coat Factory to be the next company to go out of business.The service at their stores in the Coachella Valley area of California, is below poor. Their only concern putting products on shelves with little organization. There can be a line at the register with,20+ customers and they only have 1 cashier. I am physically disabled walking with a cane. I had a shopping cart full of merchandise. But they don't let you take the carts outside. They don't want their prescious carts to get stolen. Customer service is not important to the employees at Indio, CA Burlington Coat Factory.
