This was my first experience with significant damage to my Lexus resulting from a collision into the rear of the vehicle. The repairs were complete and returned to me in showroom condition. I would not hesitate to use them again. Hopefully not in the near future.

YELP REVIEW
I wish I could give them 20 stars‼️Unfortunately, many times I’ve needed body shops‼️Yet, never have I had a need to post a review on any of them. The customer service w/Alena & Miguel was an extraordinary experience so I want you to know how great they were‼️ They underpromised, & overdelivered (I found that very refreshing), & my car was ready a week early.
To start, I brought my car in with 11 miles worth of gas. They were gracious, & offered to put the gas in it for me & shuttled me back home.
It was after I left that when the “over & above” customer service kicked in.
My front bumper was replaced. When I got home my gates wouldn’t open because my transponder was on the old bumper. Hoping to retrieve it, I called Miguel. He went & found it and offered to save it for me.
I called back a 2nd time when I realized I forgot to delete my iPhone from my car rental. Miguel was glad to delete it for me.
I had to call a 3rd time when my friend told me she left her Maui Jim’s in the car rental. Miguel offered to retrieve them. My 4th call was to Aleena letting her know my friend will be there before closing to pick them up.
And this was the TOPPER… they washed my car‼️That doesn’t sound like much, but if you own a German Shepherd you know they are MEGA SHEDDERS & getting it out of you car can be a nightmare‼️Not only did they wash it, they SUPER-WASHED it because there was not a hair to be seen‼️
Thank you Aleena & Miguel‼️I hope I don’t have to see you again soon, but if I do… I’ll have THE BEST‼️

Amazing customer service. They will send you constant status on your vehicle. The service was super fast for the level of work needed to be done in my car. And the car is repaired almost like it was never damaged. Will go there again.
