“Received incredible customer service immediately from the Owner after I experienced an equipment malfunction inside one of the bays I had used to wash my car here. I really liked that this self car wash automatically adds additional time to the countdown clock for me so that whenever time would start running out I never had to stop what I was doing to put my last quarter in and resume washing my car. I LOVED the r&b/soul oldies radio station that was bumping throughout the entire place with zero commercial breaks while I was here at 2am on a Friday night. It was loud enough to hear even while I was using the spray gun and dryer. This place doesn’t offer spot-free rinse tho, so the air dryer hose option is a must. Also, it charges $16.00 flat deposit if you’re using a card or your mobile wallet to pay. For $16.00, I would expect a spot-free rinse option to be available especially since you can’t use the spray wax option without it so your wash ain’t gonna last long at all here in the desert.”

“Went to Indio Car Wash and didn’t realize I had dropped a significant amount of money in my car. The gentleman vacuuming my vehicle returned the money. He could have easily pocketed the money & I wouldn’t have known, but his honestly is really appreciated. Thank you. The wash was excellent too.”

“As someone that recently moved into the area, sometimes it was a bit more convenient to get a car wash.
However, I was tired of going to the duck wash I see everywhere here in Indio. After paying somewhere between 12 and $20 per wash, I found K and R.
Not only is a single wash $10, but they also provide detailing services and more importantly, they have a place where you could wash your dog while your car is getting washed. Never have I ever been so happy to do both those things in one location.
Overall, it’s a little places like this that truly make me feel comfortable, cared about, and that there’s still establishments that truly offer great service and care about it what they do.
If you’re looking for a car wash, I would stop looking and just head to KandR.
More importantly, if you’ve made it this far, I truly hope you encounter someone today that blesses you, or whom you can bless. Make it a great day or not, that choice is always yours.

“Sergio is awesome, very hard working and helpful. I had not know ever that your car wash offered wet towels to finish the drying process of my car. Sergio offered the towels and I was surprised no one in many years coming QuickQuack had ever told me of the towels!! I guess they don’t want the hassle and trouble of having to wash them!! NOT Sergio!! He’s the best employee you got here in Indio.”
