The Chavez-Jessup GMC Service Department offers complete auto maintenance, service, and repair. The factory-trained technicians are very professional, courteous, and timely. They explain everything and make recommendations without high pressure, advising on upcoming service with pricing. The service area is immaculate, and there is a great waiting area with water, coffee, and snacks, plus a vending machine. The entire team makes the process exceptionally easy and gets down to business, providing better customer service than others. They service just about any make or model. The experience is well worth the time and is highly recommended.

Ron and the entire team at this dealership made the buying process exceptionally easy. Ron, Neyra got the information and deal with the vehicle I wanted promptly well worth the experience. I live 4hrs away, but they made it worth my time when other dealerships played games, Ron/Neyra got down to business. Thank you, Ron!

Im usually disappointed in GMC service departments but so far this one has been good. I don't feel they are pushing unneeded services and when they have suggested additional work they had reason to do so. So far so good!
