Had them do some work on my vehicle about a month ago which included an alignment. After the work was done I noticed my steering wheel was turned to the left and when I tried to bring back in was told they couldn’t get it in till the end of the day. I asked the lady at the front if I can come back tomorrow and if I called in advance if it would be possible for them to hold me a space since I can only go in on my lunch. She said yes I called the following day, said they were open and to come on in. I made the drive from Thousand Palms to find out that they were not open and I could only drop off (I just got off the phone 20-25 minutes prior). They told me they were sorry for the mix up and that they would actually put me on the schedule for the next day. I then started the drive assuming they were actually going to put me on the schedule as I was told only for her to tell me they don’t do that for alignments. Needless to say if you want work done with no warranty or a shop that can’t stand behind their work, this is the place to come.

Thanks Oscar. Great recommendation on the 2.5 Superlift with Fox Shocks on my 2023 Gladiator Rubicon. Also installed an Auxiliary Panel and some Amber lights.

I don’t care about the money I care about the job getting done right, You can’t ever seem to get an honest answer. Technicians are always out to lunch when you need them, phones are never answered. The cars don’t seem to get fixed for that they originally got taken in for. We take our cars to a shop to get fixed not to get returned with the same issues. Very disappointed with Oscar and the crew.

After reading some of the negative reviews i had to leave a review of my own. I've been coming here for over 10 years. Always great service with an owner that goes the extra mile. I've spent literally thousands on truck parts, lift kits, tires, rims and so forth. I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved in a timely mannor and professionally. The negative reviews i read are misleading to say the least.
