Management needs more training in customer service, also the owner needs to have a way that a customer can reach someone above the store manager for a comment or concerns, because manager couldn't resolve my issue with a brand new phone and when I asked who could resolve it her answer was "I don't know "

I went to the store just to check out the phones and I believe I spoke with the manager. At first he asked me a few questions about my phone and what company do I have. He walked me through all the phones and found me the perfect phone that fits my budget and he also helped me with applying for a program that runs by the government for $50 off. So far I’m so happy with the phone I have. I’m glad I walked in the cricket store and spoke with him.
