This facility has the worst administrative staff I have ever dealt with. They are supposed to provide excellent care for all their patients. That Davita strives to be the best dialysis treatment facility in the world. This is the company statement and dedication that Davita supposedly strives to be. However, every time we contact this facility we constantly get push back from their administrative staff. Instead of focusing on patient care and striving to provide the best patient care and actually caring for their patients needs. Our experience has unfortunately been the worst ever!!! Hopefully someone from the company sees this message and makes some administrative changes and starts to provide excellent medical care for ALL dialysis patients always regardless of the situation. Dialisys is a life or death treatment that patients need and require and the fact that this facility denies patients and patient care is shocking!!!

Everyone is super nice. Every clinic is different and this clinic is clean and spacious. CJ and Gloria work well with the patients. Chris provides entertainment during your treatment. The chairs are comfortable and the clinic stay cool I the 100 degree weather.
