They cannot or will not answer their phone. And if they’re that short staffed, they could at least have an answering machine. I guess that’s what happens when there’s no competition. Although there is Tractor Supply. I’ve used this store off and on for years for feed and grooming items as they were the only game in town and never had any complaints - But not having the courtesy or professionalism to communicate with customers via phone is frustrating and inexcusable; no matter how busy you are!

So irritated! I came to the feed store to buy some chicks. Found these beautiful midnight chicks was so excited they warned me that there is a 25% chance that I could get a rooster but the chances were low I bought four midnight chicks and three ended up being roosters. Now I've wasted so much time and money building this beautiful Chicken Coop spending hundreds of dollars and ended up with a bunch of roosters. That I don't know what to do with because I have no need for them.

We found this hidden gem in February 2025, and marvelled at the variety of products and dealt with great staff. A week later I was trying to find a K9 influenza shot for our two dogs and foolishly they were the fourth stop I tried as had forgot their address. Long story short, the gal/owner at the front counter provided me with the vials and needles. She ensured we knew how to do our own injections, so as not to risk the health of our dogs before selling us the vials.
In Canada we don’t need this shot, but want to drop our gals off for a day so we can travel to San Diego and they needed it at the place we have chosen to leave the dogs
