Took my truck in on Monday to rebuild my 4L60e. Its my only vehicle and they got it done for me by Thursday! 4 day turnaround and amazing work. They did an amazing job, would definitely recommend.

It's not even about the service or what they do its more about how they are and how they treat customers. So very unprofessional and rude. Was trying to call to get my car fixed with them and the man on the phone was very impatient and rude saying " What do you want ". I took my car in to get it checked they just guessed on it didnt even use the computer system to check for codes. Stuttered all the time was being firm that he " knew " without checking my car and wanted to overcharge me. Don't waste your time with this place, customer service is very horrible and the guy juan is very rude

I went here because of the good reviews. I had came in 6 months ago they seemed super helpful and honest I put a 1g deposit down they said they would have to order my transmission from the dealer fast fwd a month in zero communication. I tried calling phone off the hook eventually one day there phone actually rang and I got a person to answer they said there phones weren't working I'll give it the benefit of the doubt but it's been a month I asked if the part was in his response oh I need to call the dealer and if u want get the deposit I said I don't want the deposit I want the part and just to know what's going they were supposed to check and I tried to be patient but fast forward were now in January I had my partner pick up the money we paid in cash and they gave us a check and told my partner that the boss told him we'd pick up the money so why not just call us and tell us they couldn't get the part ? This place is sketchy unreliable and super unprofessional once you leave your car I would never recommend them to anyone.

Charged more then what a dodge dealer would have charged and the out sourced electrical and the out source did a chop job on fuse box and the problem with Transmission was still thierthink for dodge dealer hanged Transmission fluid and filters and fixed the problem for 1100.00 desert Transmission cost me 2200.00 and didn't fix anything gso he over harged a d did shabby work don't go to him

Been waiting over 2 months for a transmission that we put $1,000 deposit on and now their phone lines are down and they aren't accepting any calls. Don't waste your time and just go somewhere else.

I was wrecked. My F-150 was not going into gear, and when it did, it wouldn't come out of first gear. I had to wait a week but it was well worth it. A transmission shop could have told me, you need a rebuilt transmission, but not Desert Transmission. They said it needed a part and it would be $1000.00. It came in at $800.00 I was shocked. I thought it was going to be $4000-$5000. These guys are incredible! I give them 10 Stars!!!! Sean M.

Both Juan's and Danny are very good people, although it took a little bit to get the parts in, they did very well putting our drive shaft on. And they give fair prices. Take your car here for any transmission issues, don't go to the dealerships!

Despite there good reviews, I had a very bad experience and will never use this auto repair shop! I went in for a clutch replacement on my Honda Civic. He replaced the clutch and called me the car was ready. I went by to pick it up. As soon as I drove off, the car felt way off. The steering wheel and front right side wheel well area was shaking very very bad. I pulled over and called Juan to let him know what was going on. He said to take it back. Despite the fact that he knew the car was not right. He gave me the keys and let me drive off while I had my one year old son with me in the car!! He then tells me that the axle boot is broke and needs to be replaced and that my tires are garbage when I had just put them on. I went in for a clutch replacement and came out with another issue that was non existent before taking it to this shop. I was very unhappy with the situation and asked him how he was going to charge me for something my car never had before leaving his shop. He then mentioned he would fix it at his cost and have my car ready the following day (as he should) I call the next day in the afternoon and he tells me that my car won’t be ready that day either because he won’t have the part to get it fixed until 4:30 pm 30 minutes before closing time. Which made me furious once again. Following day I have to call him once again to find out if the car is ready. Cause at this point he wasn’t calling me at all. He tells me that it’s ready and that he’s going to have to charge me for parts and labor. My CAR NEVER HAD ANY ISSUEs WITH WHEEL SHAKE OR ANYTHING OTHER THEN THE CLUTCH. Juan is very unprofessional, a liar and a scammer for scamming me out of more money if $1100 wasn’t enough. The worst shop ever! Will never use this business ever again.Service: Transmission
