The dealership was going to charge us over $800 to fix our car door window (wouldn't move). Went to Encore and found out it was the battery not the door. Saved us $500. Encore has a life long customer.

First time visit to Encore. Very positive experience from Jim, Chris and Lucy at front counter. Quoted a price and called with exact price after inspection. Shuttle ride offered home and pick up when ready. Diego the driver was a pleasure to meet and extremely respectful.
When picking up they give a list of recommendations to be done. Also pictures and measurements taken at time of service, shown on computer. Honesty 100% and very reasonable prices. This will be the only repair shop I will vist again. Thank you all so much!

You guys tried very hard to remedy the issue but ultimately, I need to take it back to the body shop that replaced the bumper. The personnel were great. I enjoyed the shuttle driver. He is a very good conversationalist.

This was my first visit to Encore Automotive. Everything went well. Jim and his team were very friendly and professional. The work was done right and in a timely manner. Most importantly, Jim turned on the baseball playoffs for those in the waiting room. So of course I’ll be going back to Encore for any automotive needs.
