I took my car in to have the oil changed on 12/21/23. They took my car right away. I waited for two hours before going to the service desk to ask. I was told there were still two cars ahead of mine. I waited an additional hour before going back to the desk to ask again. This time I was told there were several cars still ahead of mine. I could no longer wait and asked them to bring me my car. The lady at the desk apologized and asked if I wanted the valet to pick it up 12/22/23 from my home. She said they would do the oil change and return the car to my home. I agreed. They were to pick the car up at 8:00 and return it by noon. They did not pick the car up until 8:45 and did not return it until 1:30. Horrible service department.

my fiancé is on the autistic spectrum, but noone would ever know as he is super charismatic and extremely intelligent. But he endured a lot of bullying growing up. They are flat out rude and bullies here. Starting with the manager Daniel. This was suppose to be our first vehicle purchased together. Which turned into the most humiliating experience that I will never forget. Wilson was a good guy and a great salesman.we had to head back home to pick up a few documents as well as feed our dogs. Manager called us proceeded to insult my fiancé, and his name and went as far as to speak super slow. and pretty much called him a liar and even made fun of his credit score. He threatened to sell the vehicle to someone else if we were not back within 30minutes. He called again as we were exiting Washington, to state that he was closing up the dealership, and we lost our chance. We told him we were close by. He said we had 5minutes or else we would not get the vehicle we both really liked. Also that our word meant nothing. Once we got there he was glaring at us and pretty much stared down my fiancé for no apparent reason. He also called my fiancé a liar because the salesman had promised us to fix the cracked drivers side tail light and take care of the paint chips/dent as well. The manager ridiculed us for even suggesting such a thing and said no where in the country would a dealership do such a thing. He stated what he says goes as he is the boss and no one else matters and he says no so that's that. so if we had a problem with that than for us not to buy the car. My fiancé felt the need to return to purchase car just on principal alone as you should never allow anyone to treat you like this or put you down. He made us feel like we were insignificant as we were only buying a cheap $24000 used car after taxes and fees which was nothing in his eyes. The vehicle only had 28k miles on it and we have only drove it a couple of days when the check engine light came on. As well as the service light , which says the car is way over due for service and someone had deleted the date on the service records on the GPS. And had put 2014 which is why none of the maintenance/routine and main services were showing up as over due.

Three days before Thanksgiving the coolant pump on my Ford Explorer failed which is considered a major repair given the location of the pump. I had a two local mechanics in Palm Desert check it out with one quoting $2,500 and the other $3,500 and neither of them could start the 15 hour repair job for about two weeks. I took it to the Fiesta Ford dealership in Indio and they said they could take it on immediately quoting $3,500. I came back the next day (two days before Thanksgiving) and dropped of the SUV around 2pm. They called me at 12 noon the next day saying they finished the job and it came in under budget at $2,900 including an oil change on top. My customer service representative Raymond was excellent. The whole operation is incredibly well run and efficient. I am definitely going back to them if needed again.

I had my character attacked at the same time as I had to convince Ford to try to repair my car.I have had repeated issues with my Ford Expedition and need to bring this into the shop. Time and time again, the same issue repeats itself, but I am not writing this review because the car is less than good or the service department seems to not know how to repair cars.Today while I was dropping my car off with the shop, I was describing the problems that arose immediately after the last time I brought it in, as well as the fact there was a recall for the car. The representative clearly was put out by me needing my car repaired again, and disagreed with the repair history that was documented in the computer. He then asked what I wanted them to do. When I described again the recall and the problem with the car, he interrupted me, claiming that I had said "the car runs like s***" and that he was trying to help me. When I took exception to this misrepresentation, he stuck by this claim, again repeating the same phrase, even though there were three other service reps right next to us. He then told me he wasn't going to be able to help me.I waited for Sarah, who has helped me on numerous occasions in the past, got my car checked in, then reported all this to the manager. Unacceptable behavior in my opinion.

Service is very slow. You have to wait hours for an oil change. Personnel are borderline rude. Definitely something has changed there over the last year.

I literally just walked in there and told the guy that I'm going to pay for either a two year lease or buy the vehicle. He said he just got back after being gone for a year and a half. He couldn't even get the door open for the car and then he says well there's so much involved in financing that's really complicated at that point I walked away.

I bought a car here and bring it for regular crevice. I had good experience over all nothing extraordinary to say, witch I wish I had. Hopefully I can find that in the future.

A shout out to Frank and his Service Manager. I had taken my car in on 7/31/23. The air conditioning on drivers side not working. They reprogrammed my A/C module. All was good for a week...same thing happened. I took back today. They diagnosed that a part of the A/C unit was leaking. Frank talked to his manager and they only charged me for parts, no labor. This saved me $500.00. I am so grateful they did this. I have been taking my car there since it was bought there. Haven't been disappointed yet.

5-star service, we deal with Charlie Price. Outstanding service writer, and he does the homework for you via the VIN for previous work and recalls. Been going in for about 4 years and the work, follow up and repairs (warranty and otherwise) are always done timely and precisely. He matches pricing on tires, too. (I've been secretly interviewing the sales staff for our next purchase; we like two of the long-time sales reps. We'll eventually buy one there, but bought my last truck in my former town. I'd recommend Jason or Armando in sales.)

I had an unfortunate experience at PS Ford and took my truck to Fiesta Ford. Adam in service took great care of me. After diagnosing the main problem the mechanic, Tony, recommended other service since the truck would be apart and available. The parts he recommended were inexpensive and to install them at this time would save me a ton in labor. Hats off to the Service team at Fiesta Ford! Most excellent!
