Love this location, although it's quite busy the staff is always friendly. The staff are knowledgeable about the service needs of your vehicle and quote you the best prices they can offer.

After having a coolant leak on the freeway and I️ had my car towed to this Firestone almost 30 miles in Indio. Marco (lead tech) with his tech were doing great job taking care of my car very careful for several hours and want to make sure I️ can get home safely back to Phoenix, AZ from San Diego. I️ would highly recommend someone to have their car fix at this car shop! The price was very reasonable while Marco gave me the specific details on what need to be done and etc. I️ will give 10 stars to this place!

Great experience! When I went to a different Firestone they unfortunately didn’t have the right equipment to work on my car and referred me to Indio. I called and they told me to bring my car in and they’d help me no problem. Carlos was a huge help and even worked with my warranty company to get me taken care of. Customer service was great, facility was clean and professional. I would absolutely recommend this location to anybody in need of car service.

Carlos was friendly and personable and addressed the service that I needed to keep my car running efficiently. It hadn't been serviced for over a year and he agreed to the maintenance that I wanted. I've been going tho this location for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The truth is, terrible service, I don't recommend this place, but if you are willing to waste your time, do the smallest thing, which is to change a tire, you are going to wait 6 hours because they say they only have a tire guy, it took them two days to change a tire and do the repair. alignment of mine if you live in this area I recommend American tire in coachella there excellent service really.

Made a appointment pre paid for a tire just for them to call me an hour later to say they don't have the tire in stock complete waste of time never again

Over all experience at this location is not good my truck went in for whell balancing and rotation and a alignment and they damaged all four wheel and will not make things right I will not come back to buy anything from this location again Sent almost 2700 on new tires about 9 months ago and have spent even more money over the years with Firestone and then for them not to fix or better yet replace my wheels not Acceptable at all.

Wow so glad I stopped in got some amazing service from Carlos. He was very explanatory Professional and friendly. I hit a A pothole And was hearing a Sound coming from one of my tires. During the replacement of my Tires found out one of the sensors Was bouncing around inside the tire.
Carlos and his team made easy workout of it and got me back on my way and my car is driving fantastic now. Another quick mention ...an elderly woman, another customer Misplaced her Car keys It seemed to me that she was confident that they were never given back to her Even though later she found them in her jacket pocket Carlos Handle the situation perfectly assuring the elderly woman that they would take care of her and they did She must have felt quite silly when finding them in her jacket pocket But Carlos's superior customer service really shined with the way he handled the situation.

Thank you to Marco at the Indio Firestone. My daughter was going to Stagecoach and her car was showing she was low on oil. Marco took care of the problem in a timely and efficient manner. It gave me peace of mind being that she will make it back home safely! I also have been going to my local Firestone for 30 years. I have always been well taken care of!
