We have been customers of First Bank and specifically this branch for almost 8 years. As Canadians, when we bought our RV place in Indio we wanted to have a US bank account to manage local billing transactions. They were great at getting us set up, and even providing notary services as part of their services to their customers, which saved us money. The staff are very well trained, and give you confidence that your money is being well managed. What more can you ask for.

Slow service. Completely ignore customers standing in the lobby and waiting in the drive thru. If you value your time don’t bank here.

Nothing to do with this branch, but with the bank itself. It been almost 3 weeks with them having issues connecting to third party apps and they haven't fixed the issues yet. Spoke to customer service and all they told me was there's nothing they can do. I have different apps connected through Plaid and need this fixed. Horrible customer service and even worst communication and problem solving.

I transferred Two first bank from Bank of America. Since starting the banking have felt like a person instead of a number. I like being able to talk to a person face-to-face which was unacceptable for me well banking with FirstBank.Tellers are courteous, they have great banking hours and I have coffee and donuts at the door. I'll give them five stars.

I made a deposit and they said 3hrs before access to money, I am stuck out of town and no access to deposit. I should have just cashed the check. Dammit.
