I went in to do some shopping with my grandkids today as I walked in you felt the cleanliness and the friendly store associates I spoke to the Mgr. Mary how great the store looked and what great improvement I was really impressed with the organization and cleanliness of the store. Since my last visit I had there over a year ago it really needed a lot of attention. Awesome job Mary and team.

Every 5 below feels like a treasure hunt you never know what you will find. Their prices are unbeatable. This location is wonderful with customers service.

Came on sunday june 16th 2024 at 7:44pm and wouldn’t let me in because they are “closed”. Don’t mean to be a karen but you cannot deny entry until actual closing time. business hours says 8pm close.

This place is OK I guess, I feel like the first few times you go there it’s really fun but then after that they carry the same stock all the time so I would say all in all it’s good for candy and things like that, but they really don’t have much of a change in the products they carry, except for small seasonal sections every time the season changes.

Very frequent problem at the store. Mislabeled items that are clearly not misplaced are more expensive than labeled. Staff are uncooperative.

The staff here is great. Lindsey, Maria, and Nydia are always very helpful and so are the rest of the staff. However I've had bad experiences with Gloria in the past, she's rude to me, and on a two other occasions I've seen her and heard her speak poorly to her coworkers and other customers, she always makes me feel like it's a issue to help. In my opinion she could use some customer service skills and manors.

First time to 5below, and this place helped with my xmas shopping lists. From squishmallows to kids' games, toys, electronics like karaoke, robo vac, hair ties, etc... great choices and prices.
