They really call you back on their very own time, specially for small jobs,

They are not the company they used to be. The customer service is marginal at best. They will call you back when they get around to it if they even call back. You are treated like they are the only company is so cal that sells doors. I am a contractor and have used them for years but yesterday was my last order with them. It's really too bad they used to be on of the best.
