I just want to share what the customer service staff at this facility is. We’ve rented cars there on several occasions and other places hundreds of times. They are the most helpful, nicest, accommodating people you could ever have! Sure is a great thing in this less than accommodating world.I’ve certainly seen nicer facilities, but the people make up for it.Thank you to all of them ??

My daughter was involved in an accident that totaled her car. We booked with another rental company, but when we arrived, we were told the car we booked wasn't available. Frustrated, we decided to go to Hertz right up the street. Kevin and the rest of the staff were just great. We got a nice economy vehicle, and it was cheaper than the other company! Highly recommend!

Worst rental experience. A gal there has a horrible attitude and doesn't care about her job nor how she represents her co. I rode my bike to the lot to pickup the car in 100+ degree weather, only to be told they didn't have any cars - umkay. When I asked to speak to manager, he backed and matched her unfortunate attitude. They told me next time call before I come for my RESERVED vehicle. So much for Gold Member service.

When I picked up a rental vehicle it smelt badly of cigarette smoke. I mentioned this to the representative at the time (that this was an issue due to a smoke allergy) and I was assured that the vehicle was treated and cleaned and that the smell would go away. Unfortunately I was not given any other options. The smell did not get better over time even driving with the windows down. I called Hertz to let them know I needed a replacement. They had a non-smoking policy so it was surprising that I was dealing with this issue. I was told that as soon as there was a vehicle in inventory they would give me a call. I never did hear from them and no effort was made on their part even after I made a number of attempts to get a different vehicle. The car was unfit to drive so I took it back 2 days early using only 49 miles for mileage and in top condition. There was no compensation made and I was charged the full price for the rental.I called Hertz Customer Service to dispute my rental experience. The compensation was a credit of $50 with an expiration date of 3 months to use towards another rental. This is compensation???? It is obvious that Hertz does not value their clients or value providing good customer service.

Can't imagine how this location handles customers. I've been calling all morning and nobody seems to be available to help. After 3 minutes of ringing the call just drops.Also, I called multiple times just in case they where too busy to pick up the phone the first time. Still nothing.

Called ahead to make sure everything was fine, rest assured. Get there and everything WAS NOT fine. They had already held the money in my bank account but wouldn't let me rent the car after I walked and bused the 11 miles to get there. My money was good enough to hold, but, because I don't own a credit card I went through this BS for no reason. I call ahead for a reason. Back to Enterprise I go, despite the fact they're no better, overall. At least they don't lie to me point blank. They just never have cars in stock for my scheduled pick ups and don't tell me until an hour before.

Very helpful people working for them. Car was very clean and handled awesome. No problems or issues, would definitely be back and I would recommend to everyone when inquiring about car rentals.

This is the worst car rental agency. They gave our car to someone else and had issues with honoring the rate we got online. Took us 1 hour to get a rental here. Avoid this place

Horrible location and untruthful staff. I reserved a rental at the Bermuda Dunes airport, and had to extend by 1 day due to a mechanical issue on my plane. This location ended up charging me for 3 full days, despite the fact I only had the car for 2 days. I spoke with Luis from this location, who assured me he would adjust the rental to 2 days (they are closed on Sundays, which is when I was dropping it off, but he told me they will only charge up until when I drop it off)I ended up being charged $240 for 3 days rental of a compact car, with over 50,000 miles on it, and body damage all over.I could've got a nicer, newer, better maintained vehicle for the same price from Go Rentals if I had have known Hertz at this location were thieves and would charge me for an extra day I didn't use.Do not rent from this location, and read the other reviews below mine to see my situation is not unique.

I reserved a car for 5 pm pickup. At 4pm they called and informed me they had no cars. They suggested I call other Hertz location because they were to busy to help. My next visit I told the customer service person my previous experience. She told me I should go somewhere else if I want good customer service. WTF.
