I have cancer and I'm dying It is terminal kind of needed this fridge for my medicine 58 days ago I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator It broke just stopped working freezer and fridge cuz I called on June 21st they told me that they won't be able to fix it till the 27th lost a lot of food but the kicker I had to get a new fridge because I have terminal cancer for my medicine and even though I spent $300 for the warranty I have to deal with Frigidaire myself and home Depot has nothing to do with it and I basically feel like I've been being screwed I need my fridge I didn't buy a fridge for it to break in 58 days and not work it's very very unfair what am I supposed to do My cancer medicine for my chemo medicine is very expensive so I have to go out for the next 8 or 9 days to go get bags of ice to keep my medicine cold That's not fair at all why is it costing me money for a faulty product so unfair terminal cancer patient got screwed over thank you home Depot for standing behind your customers I mean you are sending somebody out here but a whole week later I just don't have the energy for this It sucks I just had to get this off my chest not very fair oh well and the fact that I lost so much healthy food I'm on a budget this sucks terribly

Close and convenient for my home projects. Seasonal items are always fun to browse. The app and the item whereabouts it's awesome. It's tough at times to find someone to assist. When I do they're usually friendly and assist accordingly.

Ordered a microwave to be installed and its had to be replaced twice due to their neglecence. First time the microwave had a huge dent that caused the fan to screech loudly. 2nd time they took the vent adapter needed to connect to the exhaust duct. Which by the way its not home depot who installs it. Its a subcontracted company called tecmo logistics. So your stuck playing telephone with two different companies. Save yourself a headache dont let them install anything for you. Have a professional local service do the work. I payed Home Depot for the installation and im gonna tell them not to bother. Just to leave the microwave and I'll having someone professional do the work. Home Depot is really ine of my favorite stores but this process has been a nightmare.

I have a very bad experience with the service at the tool rental department the guy told me that he can’t provide me service because of short personnel and he has to go to help in other department and he has to close three hours before closing time and a few minutes later I saw him sitting looking at his phone this happened Saturday 2 of march at 5:00pm when they supposed to closed at 9:00 pm
