Customers visit to tackle any project, big or small, from renovations and repairs to updating outdoor spaces. The store has everything, though it can be tough at times to find assistance. When help is found, the team is usually friendly and assists accordingly, with some employees providing fast, polite, and cordial service, going above and beyond. The app for finding items is awesome, though it can have problems. Seasonal items like Christmas decorations are fun to browse. While the overall shopping experience is often positive, allowing customers to get in and out quickly, there have been grievances with customer service and issues with items being broken before pickup.
Doing a job in Indio California drove to 2 different Home depots looking for mister nozzles four associates sent me to the wrong isles. One lady at the second Home Depot on 111 just mumbled something and walked away from me finally found a youngster the knew exactly where my parts were
