Called first to confirm they had a filter in stock, after checking was informed the filter was there for our exact car (had him reconfirm to be certain). Went to the sore, they got ready to start and told me they did not have the filter in stock. Wasted 1.5 hours with these bozos, they did not even apologize. Flakes

Asked for pricing for an oil change and radiator flush. Decided on the oil change only and said the flush is too much for now. My friend voiced his opinion on the price, but immediately lightened up, he expressed frustration, only. So as the oil change was in progress, four or five employees stood at the front all looking at the engine. About three days later the radiator hose has come off, leaked crap all over and then some. THOSE FUCKERS FUCKED WITH MY ENGINE.

Multiple reviews of brake caps missing, drain pans being stripped. How does a place like this continue? Low pay rates = low quality service.

How is a full synthetic oil changes for a 4Runner 145$ my dodge 1500 takes more oil and it’s full synthetic as well and it’s 87$. Why does the prices depend on who’s driving the vehicle every time my GF drives we are over charged and when I drive we are charged normal prices?
