Very very poor service. Went in for the 3 hour glucose test where I’d have to have 4vlood samples taken. The First Lady who drew my blood really hurt me as she jabbed the needle in my arm supper fast and hard. Instantly left a bruise. The other three draws were okey. I let the next three techs who drew my blood that the older lady really hurt me , they had apologized and said “o she’s old school that’s why”. The last tech and I had a present conversation, so I thought and I explained to her what happened she said she was sorry and drew my last draw. Her draw didn’t hurt and I complimented her on doing a good job. A week later I receive a call from Derrell Dowdy saying that there was a report saying I punched the tech and left a bruise!? Like what the heck ! I would never do that to anyone. And if it was true if I really assaulted the tech(who we had a good conversation with, why didn’t she call the police right away when it happened.?! And am just getting notified a week later.. how dare the tech notions try and slander my name and my character, iv been getting care here for awhile never had an incident. But be aware this place is corrupted and they lose labs, and make false accusations, and hurt their patients. Mind you I’m pregnant, and would never harm anyone, or even think putting my hands on anyone . Be aware when coming here
This was the first picture when she drew my blood, the second is from a week later!

IT SOLUTION ,
❤️🔥 I applaud 👏🏽 *THE SYSTEM * vaguely because the conductivity and virtues that this !World wide Company¡ aimed is contradictory although to have a straight strain there shouldn’t be any complications the right coding isn’t adjusted correctly and as soon as a client walks in they should simply walk out . Technically, No one is born knowing so it’s understandable .To concluded there’s no information Deliverance . Ruthlessly, because *there’s a lack of outspokenness and communication towards the civilians because there’s limited control *. We learn at the grip of the tip .Furthermore, tech is complicated for Older folks and people with disabilities. We civilian’s transport from public transportation and owned vehicles, to our destination unknowingly knowing there’s constant tech adjustments that are complicated for not only the Civilians thus the hard working environment in the ‘front lines Medical field ’.Take notes Under this consideration that we expect to arrive to get a phlebotomy , venipuncture, routine specialized blood and urine testing, pediatric collections, employment drug , toxicology screening, along with various health and wellness tests. And walk out .❤️🔥

Went on the website. Phone hours. Saturday morning. Nothing says that is appointment only. A walk-in sign in. No one says anything I sat there for 20 minutes driving from palm springs to Indio. Vanessa says to somebody else who did the same thing oh it’s appointment only on Saturday. They should have that on the website. Very disrespectful for people who actually drive from another part of town

This place is always so packed and the lady who checks in patients is really rude (her name is Leticia)! She didn’t say anything to me but I noticed that she was kinda mean and impatient with the elderly people. Also she would always go to the check in receptionists and she would talk bad about other patients. I decided to wait for lab work and I noticed how rude and unprofessional she was in the 2 hours I was waiting. I can honestly say there was only one nice woman and she was at window 4 and she was so sweet and patient and talked to everyone so welcoming. She would be the only reason I recommend the Indio labcorp. Everything and everyone else I would say stay away because it just has a weird vibe! Also I would say come in after 10. They suggest to come in early in the morning but this is the first time I came it at 10 and I only waited for 2 hours .
Oh and last thing… the restrooms smell so bad. They were filthy and I felt so disgusted having to give a urine sample. I think someone should clean the restrooms every hour !

I recently visited LabCorp and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and efficient. Their prices are impressively lower than Quest, making healthcare more affordable for everyone. The staff were incredibly helpful and made everything easy to understand. Everyone seemed happy and approachable, creating a positive atmosphere. I cannot say enough good things about LabCorp. This is the place to go if you're looking for quick, cost-effective, and friendly service! Highly recommended!

Often goes to this facility for my lab work and routine blood work. Always full of people but with an appointment you get to be serviced fast. Efficient service from clinical scientists.

This is the 1st time I visit Labcorp. I made my appointment online. I wanted to pay out of pocket for a simple routine exam.
I was told I couldn’t pay here. They instructed me to pay online. I had to create an account. It’s just a routine exam. The three ladies at the front were just looking at each other like they didn’t know what I was talking about.
This lab makes it so complicated and stressful. I decided to go back to My Quest office even if I have to drive an hour to get there. I always make my appointment online and no problem.

My daughter had an appointment scheduled. Checking in was a breeze. The place is a little crowded but it seems like they do their best to be efficient and keep things going at a steady pace. We've been here before and it's always been that way. The young lady that drew blood named Faith was incredible. She was incredibly good at making sure my daughter felt comfortable and was so skilled that my daughter didn't even flinch when the needle punctured her skin. In my experiences when a place is dealing with this volume of patients, it usually seems like bedside manner kind of takes a hit. But not with Faith. She was efficient and comforting. The world of health care needs more people like her.

My mother had an early 6:45am appointment on Monday morning and upon arrival she informed staff she arrived and asked for assistance with the mobile check in. The gal up front assisted, so my mother assumed, only to see 3 patients go before her that had come in after her initial check in. My mom growing impatient decided to ask the staff when she’d be seen and they told her she didn’t check in and would have to continue to wait until other patients that had already checked in were done. My mother called me fuiste to inform me of the situation and I advised her to speak with a supervisor and because she was afraid it would delay things further she decided to let things be. I don’t understand why no one took initiative to try and rectify the situation. This office is notorious for mishandling situations with minorities who do not speak English as their primary language. As a person who works in healthcare it is very disheartening to hear that people are being treated poorly. I would hope that some customers service could be immediately implemented for future patients. As for my mother, I will no longer be booking her appointments at the Indio clinic.

This site does not say by appointment only Saturdays. It says appointment optional. I called and it also states “walk ins welcome” I showed up front desk clerk said “by appointment only here “gives me a paper that shows me how to make an appointment. B.S.!!!! Someone needs to let the patients know it’s by appointment only on Saturdays. I only have weekends. Now I may miss my medication till next month. Some one needs to say something. If I could put no stars, I would.
