I went to petco on Tuesday 5/28/2024 @11:54 am to get crickets right after my haircut, I called the store before showing up and this young lady I believe by the sound of her voice, told me they did have large crickets and when I showed up 3 mins after, This older lady told me there wasn’t anymore large crickets, I told her I had just called before coming over and was told there was crickets and she looked me in the eye n told me “you’re telling me what I do and don’t have in stock” n I said can we check real fast and she told me that I can check for myself, so I did and after there WAS crickets inside the trash bin she told me i guess there are some crickets but that I can get them myself and she just gave me a plastic bag with a red Funnel and walked away I recorded part of it until an other employee came to help his name was Sheldon but I didn’t get the older rude lady name, if you guys can please retrain her on her job duty that would be great, thank you in Advance.

Always love going to Petco here. The staff are always friendly, they are usually stocked with everything I need. ? Special shout-out to Janelle the dog groomer, she does a marvelous job with my Pomeranian & Miniature Schnauzer ?

Ricki is a great trainer! She really taught me the fundamentals for communicating with my puppy. My puppy loves her and was always excited to learn! She was also very knowledgeable about the field of psychology for dogs and how dogs learn. I would recommend her and plan to come back!

This place is great normally… I found some product stocked incorrectly. There was a price difference of $7. Price wasn’t honored. Only giving a 3 because our grooming experience with Crystal is always amazing.

This veterinarian kills animals and mistreats those poor animals, those employees, do not think that the employees of "petco" are good NO, they broke the spine of an innocent dog, please someone do something, so this does not happen Often, 1 star because they mistreat animals!!
