I will never be back. Couldnt even make 2 copies correctly. Handed me not 2 sets but printed in reverse together. This basic office 101. When told i should be given 2 sets....he said thats the way they came out of copier..REALLY????
Blaming the machine. Very rude little man. At ,50 cents a copy i expected more..stay away..

Notary service was rejected because of illegible date and incomplete information. Had to go back next day to have them correct. The guy had an attitude and was unapologetic. People using water taps out front to bathe while I waited for them to open 10 minutes late. Used many notaries in the area and this one’s the worst. Give this one a miss.

The guy who works there now is rude. He kept acting like everything his job entailed was a nuisance, literally reprimanding every customer in line for one reason or another. Clearly he doesn’t like his job, and he lets every customer know it. It’s a bummer, because the place used to have decent service. I don’t recommend going here unless you like someone talking to you like you’re 5 years old.

Went to drop off packages with a QR code just to find out they don't do that you need a label which is very old fashion mostly every thing is QR code these days. So even tho they say on window UPS and postal services they are not because they don't do QR codes to send items back. So either go to Post office or the UPS store..

Horrible customer service. I'm not one to complain about much but employees like this guy make it hard not to. He was very rude and salty. Not only that he opened 30 mins late and had a nasty attitude about it. Man, if your miserable and don't like your job go somewhere else. You are obviously very unhappy. I will not be back. And I'm sure alot of others won't be. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't go here People. Go to another business.

Dilan is always rude whenever I go. He needs to take a customer service course or something. If he’s the owner he should just shut down or find better people to be there than him. He always has a nasty attitude like if you’re there bothering him. Why even have a business if you’re just going to be mean & rude every time someone comes in? Just another money hungry owner. If he’s just an employee then quit, he’s so miserable & the most rude person ever. I barely step foot in there today & he was already barking at me “what are you looking for?” Like not even a hi? Hello? How are you? I’ve been in the customer service industry since 2014 at 14 years old & I know how to treat people way better than his old age. Embarrassing for Dilan & postal annex

Terrible location, I would leave ZERO stars if possible. The man was extremely less than thrilled to help. I needed tape seal a pre paid shipping box. He told em I had to buy a whole roll of tape from him if I wanted needed tape.The location is old and dirty. I tried to support what appears to be a struggling business, but sadly they don't care about customers. Treating people with kindness is free, but it was obvious, that isn't their goal. I will never do business with here again, I highly suggest you stay away as well.
