I made an appointment ahead of time. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, even though there were 5-6 people in the waiting area ahead of me. Making an appointment is the only way to go.

It is always a good experience with the ease of appointments, sign in and professional and efficient employees at Quest, Indio, Ca.

I always suggest making an appointment, it makes the process go more smoothly. I was called in on my designated appointment time, Diane was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out of their lab in 10 minutes! The Indio location is great.
