Very disappointed. I went with my flat tire, they saw it and said that they can’t fix it and i have to replace my tires. Went to a different place and they were able to patch up my tire.

I have been coming here for the past 3 years. I have always dealt with Ruben who is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. As a women going to get my car fixed or tires replaced I was concerned that I would be taken advantage of. However Ruben is great, he walks me through everything to make sure I understand and the service has been great. I would recommend going here.

I do not write many reviews even when I get get poor service but this one was so bad that I had to write something. Very disappointed! Terrible customer service. If I could give no star I would. No member of my family has ever received such poor service at an auto center. My husband went in to have his tire fixed. He was told it would take 2 hours. After 3 hours he checked in and nothing had been done. They left his tire just beside his vehicle and it had not been touched. Nobody gave him an update. If he had not checked in he probably would have been there for 4 or 5 hours. I do not recommend. We will never return!

Don't email them with any questions. They'll completely ignore you. Google reviews asks, "Did you use this business?" How can we when they refuse to answer back?

Not so quick, got my teuxk there,to begin they dont do appointment first come first serve, fair?, i got there, 20 min later someone else did and then 10 min later another client, they gotout about the same time wich was 30 minutes before me, we3 got an oilcha ge, I dont think ia first come first serve

Very poor Customer Service, the person at the desk was on his phone so it took several minutes before I was acknowledged, at the end they told me they couldn’t take me as a walk-in but to come back the next day before 3pm. Came back next day at 2pm and they wouldn’t take me as a walk-in either this time with a different excuse, so I just gave up on this place.

absolutely the worst tire service I have ever had, got a set of new tires there & all was fine until we hit the freeway & our TPMS check light came on. I've had this car for 8 years & have NEVER had this light come on. Ruben that works at the shop literally told me that the light was already on & basically it's not there fault which is totally BS. They can't even take responsibility for there our mistakes I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE EVER

Arturo is the person that took care of me. Nice to see a friendly face at 7 am,Had a flat tire and decided to replace them rather then fix itHe went out of his way to get me in and out. Giving me different options and keeping me updated while work was doneHope you keep Arturo around, definitely customer oriented

This place was awesome. I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and some repairs. They did a great job and the Jeep is back up to speed. Staff was amazing. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Nice job guys.

Service advisers gives you an estimate of 89.99 !When its time to pick up your vehicle! They charge 113.00 which is a 30% increase on your normal quote ! I did ask Manager ? He replied that I had previously paid 150.00 at Fiesta Kia which are under same owners ! I don't recommend there services !!!!

Overall, good service and pricing. I was looking oil change with filter and tire rotation at a reasonable price. Checkin was friendly and prompt. I left car behind and took my other one to play golf. Car was ready in about 90 minutes. Pricing was $129 including 8 quarts of synthetic oil. They gave me their usual $89 quote but I knew it was going to be a bit more so no problem. Service was complete and included everything as promised. Brake disc measurements were good as expected. Pickup and payment was quick and friendly again. Clean shop in a great location off of Varner Rd at Adams just north of the I-10. Part of Fiesta Ford. I'll be back. Still looking for a garage to do more complicated work on a 2008 Jaguar.
