Marissa in the pharmacy was the best thing that happen to me, dealing with JFK was the worst experience, Marissa knowledge was superb and she made everything easy for me to get my prescription filled. Thank you Marissa, there should be more people like u and maybe other pharmacies would get a great review, if I can give u more stars I would give u 100+ stars. Thank you for your help, I appreciate you very much.

They have no concept of customer service. I came today at 11am and two women were working the register. I waited for almost 10 minutes to buy a redbull and when I finally got to the register, I was not greeted. Instead I had to stand there while the girl at the counter and the manager talked s*** about customers. Saying they didn't want stinky customers. Then when that was over I was still not acknowledged and she answered the phone. Once she was off the phone she grab my redbull and scanned it. No apology, no acknowledgement. Honestly I know Rite aid sucks as a company to work for, but dam how do you expect to get a better job when you don't know anything about customer service or just common manners. Also, thru this whole interaction I was literally standing less than 3 ft away, so no they were not on the side having a private concert and no it wasnt that they were too busy and to see me. They are just not good workers.

If I could rate this pharmacy a Zero I could. I had an appointment for a Covid test on Friday, 10/21 in preparation for a surgery on 10/27 so without this test my surgery would be cancelled. We went through the drive through and some young guy (1) couldn't find the appt even though I had the confirmation number on my phone and was reminded at least 3-4 times of this appt and (2) He apparently didn't label the test tube so the test was not performed by Quest Diagnostics. Yesterday I logged into Quest to see if my results were there and it said "test unlabeled".I called and spoke with someone in the pharmacy who took absolutely no responsibility for this absurd error on the part of one of the pharmacy employees, said "I wasn't here that day" and told me once it leaves there they have nothing to do with the test! I had to scramble yesterday to find an urgent care who would administer the test so I could get the results in time for my surgery. I had to pay $60 which I didn't have to pay at Rite Aid because it was covered by my insurance. I feel Rite Aid should reimburse me for my $60 I had to pay out of pocket due to their ineptitude.I called Rite Aid Corporate today and put in a complaint. I doubt anyone will do anything about this bumbling idiot who forgot to label the test tube with my swab in it.I also had issues with Rite Aid in Wildomar when I was scheduled twice for my Covid vaccine and both times they said I wasn't on the schedule and refused to give me my shot.I will NEVER EVER use Rite Aid again for ANYTHING. This company is completely INCOMPETENT.

Very unprofessional, there is a Mexican lady that works there that has very bad attitude and is very rude, does not help at all. I recommend you not to come to this Rite Aid pharmacy at all. They always have problems or mistakes over medication. They don’t deserve any stars at all, they actually deserve negative stars.

Have come to this pharmacy for years and it seems like the techs in the back get ruder and ruder. Called to ask about my rx and the lady who answered the phone could not give me an eta and kept saying the time they would close. Told her if it would be possible to get it before closing and just wanted to make sure to what she responded “I said 40 min” in a very rude tone of voice I just said ok thanks and hung up. Not the best customer service I experienced specially when I was in desperate need of my prescription. They need to be a lot more sympathetic with their customers

Well lit and organized store layout. Great product offerings. Communication between pharmacy and register staff could be better.
