“I want to thank the 5 people that moved us from Cali to NV - Tiffany, Tabitha, James, Luis and Issac. These 5 were professional, friendly, patient, caring and sooo fast!! They worked well together. Throughout the whole process they were friendly and professional. They were even able to move us at an earlier date than planned! We still don't have every box open, but about 85% and nothing is broken or damaged (it's been 4 days since they started the packing process). I would recommend this company again and again. “Great spot to store your RV in the Indio area. Secure gated area with lockable individual garages some of which have 120V power to keep the chassis battery alive. Customer service is outstanding with cheerful Tami on site during business hours and a full time service tech is there to fix doors, etc. The wash area has a rolling ladder to allow for reaching the roof of the RV and the water is softened to help facilitate the cleaning. Industrial grade air compressor makes short work of topping off the air pressure. Really like this place and the customer service focused staff a lot.”
“Great service from the team at U-Haul of Indio. I needed to rent a pick-up truck to relocate a cargo trailer and the process was simple and straightforward - no surprises. The check-in/out was easy and quick and the team was super polite. The business was clean and organized. To top it off, one of the techs there took a look at the wiring harness on the car I drove and left there for the day and determined I had a blown fuse which he replaced for free. I was very grateful.”
