Went in 2 wks ago for a trim. Hair past my waist, ask lady to cut approx 4 inches to alittle above my waist. SHE CUT OFF 12 inches and left a big chunk of my hair about 2 inches shorter than the rest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE.

I do not recommend Sandy. My hair was healthy before I went with her. Now it is dead, burned and falling out. I’m no professional but I’m pretty sure she left the product on for longer than she was supposed to. I was there for about 3 hours for a root touch up.

Made an appointment earlier in the day on the phone for an appointment later in the day for 5:20pm, got there and the store was closed with no notice on why lol
