When I first spoke to Mario on the phone and I told him I spoke to pastor Brad he told me to come on in. My experience was very welcoming. I would recommend Southwest thrift store to anybody who is looking for a great deal . If you need any help I'm sure Mario would not mind helping you. Mario is a great assistant manager. He's very helpful. I want to tell you thank you Mario for all your hard work and dedication. Thank you for making a difference in people's lives. I rated you a four not because of you but because of the lady who was not so pleasant at the checkout desk. She wasn't as warm as you and that made a huge difference. I still rated you a four because you are the assistant manager and overall you overlooked whatever had to be taken care of and he did an amazing job. When I came in a couple of days ago my boyfriend purchased a couple of books for $5. “Noticed a piece of furniture on the way in and sent a picture to the wife. Went back towards the front of the store after hearing back from wife about wanting the piece. Staff had already loaded it into a truck to be shipped to another location. When I expressed interest in it, they were very nice about unloading it so I could purchase it. Would definitely come back after the great customer service received today.”
