“Great service I can say almost excellent. I took my car for alignment in November of last year. I took my car to America's Tire for tire rotation and they said that one of the tires was bad. I took it back to Pepe and explained my situation, he checked my front tires and also noticed that only one tire was balding he made some adjustments to it and honored my alignment from last November. He is a great guy, not that many honest mechanics out there.”

“Wow! Just wow. We came down to Indio from Arizona for the weekend for a family celebration. Realized we needed all 4 new tires! We came friday afternoon got them ordered, and they were delivered first thing at 7am on Saturday morning. By 9am we had all our new tires on. They were fast, efficient and they provided us with great customer service regarding or their crazy customer long lines! Highly recommend this place!”
“I had a last minute dilemma while I was traveling and thank goodness I had Firestone available to get me in. Not only were they receptive and acknowledged my concerns but they also got me in the next day no sweat. But I gotta take a moment for the lovely gentleman Chris G working at this fine establishment that really showed us how great Firestone is. I got to learn Chris really is the G, he is just the absolute goat. Chris kept everything from pricing to the haps of my car 100 the entire time I was there. This guy listened to my concerns and was so kind and helpful the whole way through. Customer service was unlike any other, they actually care about the customers they are helping.
