They have been short on shopping carts for so long. Today we were informed they only have 3 shopping carts. This is insane. Owners please invest in some shopping carts for customers.

Tractor Supply always holds it down when I need gear, feed, or a last-minute fix for the yard. They’ve got what I need 90% of the time, and the staff usually know their stuff. Props for keeping the shelves stocked and the prices fair — especially when everyone else is hiking things up.
Only gripe? The checkout line. Sometimes feels like you’re waiting to buy a tractor with how slow it moves. A couple more registers open or faster service would make this place five stars easy.
Still, it’s a spot I trust. I’ll be back.

Ever since they opened up the Tractor Supply in indio, all of us in this part of the desert are thrilled with the service, the cleanliness of the store and all the staff.
TJ and Anthony to name a couple of them.
I am very disappointed that they don't deliver any more and that we are getting our delivery today.All the way from Yucca Valley?
Whose brilliant idea was that????
I don't understand the logic.
And you lost a good employee with TJ.
The store itself still deserves 5 stars, but we shall see what other changes. They make for profit.

The people that work in here are absolutely worthless, not a spec of knowledge about what they are selling or doing.
If you can’t get what you need by yourself, expect to be very frustrated.

Had an accident behind tractor supply and two employees out it was throwing out the trash messing around, saw me in an accident because I was calling out with my few breaths that I could take for asking Help. They ignored me until I took out my phone and saved myself suffered broken hip bone And ribs. Was calling out for help and never bothered to help just stare at me and ignore me while I was in severe pain ended up in the hospital for a month just got out And I’ll be making my rounds Investigating those employees as much as possible, February 20, Around 5:50 PM or 5:30 PM accident took place.. I’ll be reaching HR ,Corporate, District manager , General manager, I’m pretty sure the people that ignored My accident was supervisors, Calling out for help with And seeing you guys see me is crazy. I’ll be post Progress on the reviews , worst humans beings I found on this earth And I will not stop until they’re fired

if i could rate a Zero,i would.2nd time I''ve come here for propane and couldn't get none.1st time they said it was too dark outside for them to pump propane,and this time they didnt have any one who knew how to pump propane,and i counted at least 4 employees in the store.This Tractor Supply aint worth a broke ?,wont be coming back

ARIANA ROCKS!! She answered polite, answered my question & gave me information that would help my dog with her itching. Great employee, and AWESOME customer service and I've never even been to this store in person. It made my day how awesome this woman is!!

As a recurring customer, I've noticed a change in employees. I've been a TSC customer at the Indio location since it practically opened. I've stayed and recommended y'all for everything from dog feed to horse feed and chicken. But I've noticed a change in the recent past months. Your best employees are gone. What happened to them? Where is the tall young man that always helped me with my farm animal feed needs? I recently walked in, and while there are still great staff, it's not the same. There were actually employees who were educated in what my animals needed. And now when I go, it's not the same. Many of your remaining employees don't know what they are doing and don't have the patience to help out. Like the Anglo girl with glasses who always looks like she doesn’t want to be at work and when asked she responds with a disrespectful tone and the Hispanic light skin girl with long nails who is always on her phone at the customer service desk and also give attitude when asked for help. They just want to be left alone with their phones at the customer service desk. This isn't how y'all used to work. It's really sad to say goodbye to such a wonderful store like TRACTOR SUPPLY. I'll be getting my animal feed elsewhere y'all should really get y’all’s things together, since y'all seem to get bothered when we customers ask for help.-Elian Q.

I love tractor supply, the entire store is centered on a rural lifestyle, Carhartt clothing, boots, pet food, fencing, welding supply's, towing and trailer, yeah and tractor supplies.

Manager should be ashamed because God damn. My wife is a travel nurse so we go to these pet washes all over California. Sad to see in our home town was the dirtiest we have ever been in. We loved coming here when it first opened years ago due to how clean it always was. The room was disgusting. Both showers were flooded. Dirty towels were everywhere and the floor was slippery and full of wet dog hair. Was so dirty my wife had to pick up before even showering our dog (the photos are of after she picked up.) The store was empty so I'm not sure why it was so bad. Other stores have 1 hour waits to be able to use the showers since the staff cleans up after every customer so the fact that the store was dead it's ridiculous that it was this bad. I understand dog hair and maybe some water but soaked? Flooded? Yikes.
