I would like to thank the awesome team at Unicars Honda that were very helpful and supportive, Joel was one of the best! I have had experience other dealers ship salesman but did not compare the quality and experience I had with Joel and his Manager Alex they were fully supported on answering any of my questions and taking there time and going out of there way to make my wish come true by making a surprise gift to my son Kaleb helping me going above and beyond by bring the car home with a red ribbon and surprising my son at home the moment was heart warming and will NEVER be forgotten how wonderful it was for that day was a special moment and for Joel and Alex being there I will never go anywhere else thank you for making the best experience possible Joel and Alex! 1 out of 10 this was a 100 Rate! Definitely recommending!

I've had issues with unicar Honda service departme
nt just taking time and slow. Last week I had a massive incident with them with horrible customer service. Carl the supervisor stepped in and saved the day he went above and beyond the call of duty to get my problem solved and get my car back on the road.

I brought my Honda on March 2024 and was super fast, but now I left my car for service for the first time and tried to call for more than 3 hours to figure out if my car was ready but nobody answered. I had to come directly to find out and I took more than 1 hour to give me my car. Poor service at service department.

Benjamin Sanchez at the service department is always so attentive and helpful. Every visit is smooth, always in a timely manner and communication is great. I definitely recommend Unicars and most importantly Benjamin service advisor ??
