Absolutely Postal is an absolutely awesome local shipping store in Rancho Mirage, known for providing great and spectacular customer service. The store is family owned and run, with a staff that is always extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to go over the top. Employees are noted for always smiling and being willing to help with any questions or special requests, making shipping, which can be complicated, a much better experience. The business is organized, clean, spotless, modern, and easy to navigate. It offers fully-featured services for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and mail, along with other things like a great selection of stamps, rubber-stamp ordering and customization, and cute things to shop for. A major highlight is their PO Box service, which offers much better rates than USPS, 24-hour access, and convenient notifications. Customers consistently describe it as their favorite shipping store in the valley, a great place that feels like a huge quality of life upgrade compared to other options.
