Came here attempting to make a cash deposit after leaving another location that the ATM couldn't handle a cash deposit. Came here and it didn't even provide an option to deposit cash. It was simply grayed out. I don't understand why US banks in Coachella Valley don't have working ATMS. Its very disappointing. After two failed stops I am giving up on a simple task of depositing cash. It's quite embarrassing for US Bank. US Bank please invest in working ATMs

This location has issues with the ATM and the customer service is bad…(This is not the first time that I have bad customer service in this branch location )I went this morning to the bank to ask for help on an issue that I had with the ATM deposit early morning and the lady in the front desk told me to file a claim.I asked her for more information and she said once you file the claim they will explain to you :(So, I went to the other branch on Jackson St. and it was totally fine:):) they helped me to file the claim and explained to me the process for the claim. Thank you to US Bank branch on Jackson Street :):)

This location has the worst and heartless customer service. ATM malfunctions, takes my deposit and doesn’t show in my account. Have to wait 10 business days to solve a claim before I can get my money back because apparently they have no access to the machine. I get punished for using there ATM. I suppose it’s my fault! WOW! After this experience I’m closing my account and going else where with my money. If you want great customer service and caring people don’t go to this bank.

My husband was having issues with a check that he deposited from work. When he went into the branch on 111, he was told only the branch manager would be able to help him and she would be out for a week. The bank then told him it should take 10 days to clear and that they would take care of any fees accrued during this time. After the 10 days, his check cleared but he had accrued over $100 worth of overdraft fees. When he went back into the branch, a teller by the name of April was rude to him and told him again that the branch manager was out for another week and that the branch manager would be the only person who could help him. Thankfully, he was able to reach someone with some common sense at their 1800 number. We will not be recommending this branch to any of our friends or family and will definitely be closing his account.

Waste of time to waive an overdraft fee. You all already have money in the back for yourselves why do you have to charge overdraft fee if the account is replenished within 24 hours Smh. DON'T BANK HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY Don't bother calling they are gonna say the same bs to you. The branch themselves won't help you either. Just a waste..
