I don’t enjoy going to this branch but go because it is the one closest to me. I feel like the tellers always have an excuse for not being able to help you. One time they couldn’t help me because my phone wasn’t the correct one on file but I was able to provide all other necessary information. I have tried to change my phone number numerous times to no avail. This time they couldn’t help because they were too busy before closing., even though I was there a half hour before they closed. I thought banks wanted business but apparently this location does not. Go somewhere else if you can.

Attempted to deposit cash here twice and their ATM is broken. Don't waste your time here as you will not be able to do business. I had to fight to gety cash out of the ATM as it was all jammed up. Really disappointed as I had to drive to another location.

Went in for a new customer appointment and was treated thoroughly, with respect and walked in to all of the services I'm interested in establishing. Now have new checking and saving, online and paperless. And auto depoditing! Extremely pleased with Carmen and her helpfulness. Thanks for all today!

I have my personal checking and savings here, along with a Credit Card and a Vehicle Loan. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional.Every employee will assist you when you walk in if they are available, even the ladies behind the desks that are not tellers. Convenient and easy to do business with. Thank you.

Of I could give zero stars I would. I went to withdraw cash from my social security disability direct express account which is my only form of income and their machine ate my card. I called cuisine service since it was after banning hours and the agent (Joyce h told me there's was nothing that could be done and that it's US Banks policy to only return cards to their members because they can't verify whether I'm really the owner of the cars. Absolutely asinine considering I have a valid passport, state id, U.S. military id, birth certificate and social security card. Now, I have to go 7-14 days with no way to access money and a young son to feed. I have posted this info along with pictures and video of the incident on multiple social networking sites especially since reading these reviews and seeing others say the same thing. Wish I had read the reviews before attempting to use their ATM, I would've been able to purchase my groceries!!

WARNING! Their ATM eats and DESTROYS bank cards. Used the drive in ATM today. It ate my bank card. I went into the branch to retrieve the card and the teller told me the ATM DESTROYED my card because of: it was an overseas card (it was), took too long to retrieve card, kept in machine too long, or suspicious activity. They said it was corporate policy and could not do anything about it. This is a nightmare and preposterous situation. I will never use USBank ever and will tell everyone about this. I work overseas, and now I have to go back and replace all kinds of things due to this bank's actions.

been with usbank (jackson, indio) for some years now, and i have to go today coz of overdraft charge. i begged to the new girl, since rena isnt there and yvette is busy with other customer, that she must waive it coz of my miscalculations. ive always paying on time with regards to my credit cards and such but she treated me like nobody. I am an awesome customer and i did not feel like it coz of this experience. i think its time to change bank. there's chase on the next block

I opened up an account online with us bank last week. I didn't have id when I went in to see if I could get a copy of something. I knew it was a long shot but I was there and worth a try. The way they handled it from the first lady I made contact with to the I assume manager just rubbed me the wrong way. I know they have procedures but They acted like I was trying to rob them...I went to chase after to get money out of my existing account and asked them the same thing. They handled my question politely and professionally and didn't act like a bunch of stuck up jerks. Cancelled my us bank shortly after.

So I went into the hwy.111 Indio branch to cash a check and they tell me they do not carry large sums:( and it was from there bank!!?? They could give me part cash and cashiers check but I would have to pay!!?? Needles to say I walked out.
