This review is for the US Bank branch inside Ralph's on Jefferson & Avenue 50 in La Quinta, CA.Bryan, Tia & Maria are the VERY BEST! They ALWAYS greet me by my name and help me with ANY of my needs (which are many!). They have offered different ideas for each of my WANTS and are always there with a smile and 100% attention while treating me like a family member! I moved away from La Quinta very recently and am now in Arizona, BUT, I asked Tia if I could still call her with my upcoming needs and she responded with her usual "Absolutely!" and her smile! I will miss you all very much and thank you SO MUCH for the excellent service you have provided to me since the day I walked into your branch!!

It takes a lot of work to get a one star review. This one is not just for the branch, but for the U.S. Bank organization as a whole. We give our money to a bank with the understanding that, when we need it back, for whatever reason, they are there for us. That, if there is an issue there is someone at the bank, local or the larger organization, that you can talk to and that will be there to listen and help you solve that. You would be better off giving your funds to a stranger. They, at least, would listen to you while you tried to solve your issue.Someone needs money, you have it, you want to get it to them. This bank's suggestion try Wal Mart, or Venmo, or Apple Pay. We can't help. Yeah, that makes me feel secure. Did they say this once, no 8 phone calls over a week. 8 times listening to their hold music. 8 times answering the same questions (because if there are notes no one knows how to read them).Definately be better to put the money in an envelope and send it by mail. I can't express how unhelpful this organization as a whole was. How indifferent. How uncaring.

I was looking for what I thought was a simple thing... open a new checking account with some cash I couldn't deposit in our investment account. So I go to Chase first... could not have cared less and told me to make an appointment later in the week... what??? It's a checking account? Then I went to Wells Fargo, same attitude (and Yelp rating I add) and story. So I go to my trusty Yelp page and look at rating and customer service and believe it or not, it's US Bank in my market!!! No way! I wander in and meet the lovely Tia who says no issue and I'm done in 15 minutes. Step by step and I'm out the door with a debit card and a smile. They way it should be! Thanks Tia!

Worst staff ever! Especially the supervisor! Never felt more disrespected after being profiled by her. Didn't even handle what I had gone in there to do because she was so rude!

US BANK COMPLAINT 8/10/13 3:00mp VERBAL ASSULT, bad attitudes, horrible customer service and incompetent. I went to the US Bank located inside the Ralph's on Sepulveda near LAX to pay a bill through Western Union, I filled out the form with my information and the payee's information, I waited my turn to speak with Rahel the person behind the bullet proof glass, I greeted the woman by saying hello and said that I would like to may a payment by sending western union, I handed her the western union payment form, she asked for my I.D. with out even looking at the form. I explained to her that I had a paper I.D. from the D.M.V. and she said that would work. I tried asking another question and she cut me off, I asked to speak with her manager and she said, "I am the manager". I asked her why I couldn't send money with out an I.D.? She said, "because of the patriot act". I asked to see written proof of what she said and she pretended to look through papers and then she demanded, "Step to your left so that she can help another customer. I told her that I was a customer and that she needed to help me. She said, "You can either step aside or she could take the customer at the other window." I said, "You need to help me". She walked to another window and called the only customer in line. I took out my camera to take a picture of her name tag so that I could report her to the branch manager, she asked me what I was doing, I politely said, "taking your picture", she became enraged and started yelling, "DON'T TAKE MY PICTURE, DON'T TAKE MY PICTURE, DON'T TAKE MY PICTURE" then she ran out side of the bullet proof glass, got in my face and screamed again, DON'T NEVER TAKE MY PICTURE, DON'T NEVER TAKE MY PICTURE, DON'T NEVER TAKE A PICTURE OF THIS BANK!!!! I politely asked her, "What are you going to do about it?" She stormed into the office and I walked away. What a nightmare. I called to ask for the managers name that verbally assaulted me and Ewa defended Rahel's actions. IF I WERE THE OWNER OF THE BRANCH I WOULD FIRE THESE TWO WOMEN.
