Miguel delivered an exceptional customer service for many reasons. First, he multi task thru customers. Secondly, he was able to assist me in my transaction in an extremely fast turn around time. Thirdly, I had to go back no fault of his which resolved what I was inquiring. I valued the consistency Miguel provided which completed my transaction with it being 5 star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

For the owner, I called the store to change phone company and first they left me on the line and then I went and they didn't take good care of me and I left. For another phone company that would take care of me as I wanted ok thanks

Don’t waste ur time going here only 2 people working never seen a third person there and they always have at least a 45-1 hour wait go somewhere else if you can

Really bad customer service. Ordered some phones through the app and never received a call or email. Got to the store and one guy was telling each customer that walked in to sit down and wait with a really rude attitude. Customers walking out left and right . 2 other employees finally walk out from the back to "help" and didn't know how to do their job . Ended up getting my phones stuck in a trade in process due to them canceling the order . Still trying to get my new phones .Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. Order online and have it sent to your home .

Was never greeted when I walked in or acknowledged . Guy was on the phone helping someone over the phone instead of helping customers in the store. Waited 30 minutes just to pick up a phone . While I was being helped the employee constantly was distracted working on another device thus making me wait even longer. I would have walked out if the phone wasn’t already paid for online. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

Was immediately greeted by a young man named Daniel. He let me know he would be with me in a moment. He was worth waiting the five minutes for. He was excellent and showing me the products of a new iPhone. Once I was able to pick out an iPhone, he explained everything to me. I was so happy he was able to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. His professionalism was excellent and he was so friendly and kind to this 71-year-old. He made it easy for me.. more associate like him are needed. I give Daniel a 10… a very patient associate he is.

Terrible customer service. Went to upgrade my phone and Vanessa m told me it would be 350 dollars once I pay off my phone and pay the taxes on the new one. I told her that was weird because it was only going to be 300 back in December and I’ve made more payments towards my current phone since then so it should be less. She just shrugged and said, I don’t know. I needed a new phone because my speaker was broken so I just went ahead and did it. After I did it, I found out it was more expensive because she just added charges for a 55 dollar phone case, 65 dollar screen protector and 50 dollar lense protector. I went back in after looking more closely at the receipt and she told me she couldn’t refund it and I had to buy those accessories as a bundle in order to upgrade my phone in store. She said if I didn’t want the accessories then I could only do a phone upgrade online. I left the store and called corporate and they apologized and told me she gave me False information and they refunded everything for me because the rule is 14 days. Look closely at what you’re being charged for before she tries to scam you in order to get her 5 dollar accessory commission.
