Don’t waste your time here has to be better salons with more skilled and professional nail techs! I only came here bc I was visiting from out of town and was the closest to where I was staying. I see the reviews are horrible and now I know why. I got a get polish with 1 acrylic nail fix (with Bebe I believe her name is )
and a pedicure with Beth.
Beth was sweet and had a very pleasant experience with her and did a good job. The scrubbing /massage was very quick other than that she was fine. Bebe on the other hand is the worst teck I have ever experienced. She purposely put the nail on croocked and barely fixed it when I told her but when I insisted she knew exactly how to make it even and she put the tip
at the very top of my nail so days later it’s already about to break. Her attitude is horrible! She wanted to put the gel light on my (facing my stomach) over and
Over after each and every nail instead of 1 time at the end of each hand and when I asked her not to she said “it’s better for me this way” what!!! Unbelievable I said it’s not healthy for me this way to have this light facing my center 20 times and the girl had a bad attitude whole time I can tell she usually gets away with it but I told her I don’t know who she thinks she is and gave her a word of two and didn’t have any more issues. Maybe she’s going through hell in life rn bc thery is no way you treat good PAYING. Customers that way . Bebe u reap what u sow and needless to say Beth got her tip. Never again!

All I can say is yikes. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail place. They do not listen at all to what you ask for, even when you speak up politely and ask them to correct it mid treatment.

I like Vicky for builder gel (aka sculpted gel) fills on nails. Once when I made an appointment with her, she wasn't there. But it was because the manager had passed away so the shop was a bit disorganized. I don't love the gel pedicure here and it's a bit more than other places so I go elsewhere.

Be careful! I was going to this salon since January, and I loved the gel polish. But my last set of gels left me with paper thin, worn down, brittle nails. 4 of my finger nails have nail fungus! My natural nails look completely destroyed! :(

Went in for removal of gel on hands and feet of dark color and asked for regular mani/peti of natural polish; when Toni was finished I still had specs of my dark previous polish on toes and somehow had a huge smudge of red on my pinky finger. Not good. A $15 tip had been given before polish and I didn't have time to stay for him to redo the bad job. I will never go back.

I went to go take off my nails. The two ladies laughed at me for wanting to take off my nails. I got Jenny. She was sweet but I think she wasn’t trained enough to take off acrylic nails. They should just do a soak off for nails.Anyways, she asked the guy next to her to take them off he did take off the difficult one but it was more like he yanked it off and half my nail broke! Then , he tried to take my my other nail on my index finger and made it bleed. And told him to stop and said, “better luck next time”.However, I tried to brush it off know Jenny was trying her best. I still tip her I just wanted to get out of there. She did try to put glue and acrylic powder so my nail can stay. Tip #1 always soak off acrylic nails for take off.

I had a regualr manicure here for the 1st time about 48 hrs ago. Yesterday the polish had begun to "recede" on 1/2 my nails, but today it is now coming off on 2 or 3. I fortunately don't use my hands in my line of work (I'm a psychotherapist), so I am disappointed that after only 1-2 days, this manicure looks a week old. I left a 40% tip...maybe the products were @ fault (tho the staff person - I don't want to mention their name - said the top coat they use was exceptional). I would not recommend this nail salon.

VIP Nails is great for all ages and genders. The staff is nice. Vikie is my favorite because she's thorough, kind, and artistic!

I had an appointment for 4 at 2 o’clock. We showed up maybe 2 minutes late. ALL pedicures chairs were full. Apparently appointments are worthless. And they put NOTHING in the water. No soaking in anything but water. And it is more expensive than others. I would hope to get more for the money but I got less for more money. Do not go here!

My wife and I have been coming to VIP for years. Vanessa and Justin are the best, and so friendly.Recently renovated, the shop is inviting and classy. The music choices have always been very relaxing.I have been to a few nail salons over the years, but VIP is my home base and always will be.

Got my eyebrows done here last week and she ripped a layer of skin off my right brow which is now scabbing over. Got nails done here for a wedding and they botched them too. I keep giving them chances and they fail miserably. Will not be going back again and don't recommend
