Joining Z-Fit has been one of the best decisions I made for myself this past year. Coach Helen and Coach Jorge are so knowledgeable and supportive. Every session is challenging and I always leave feeling a little better than before. The members are so encouraging and there is such a positive vibe, which speaks volumes on how the owners/trainers run the gym.

Becoming part of the ZFit family has been one of the best decisions I’ve made!I never thought I’d be motivated enough to wake up before 4:30am, 5 days a week to train at 5am in a group setting since I had always worked out alone…The small, clean and private gym as well as the family environment make you feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level.I look forward to walking through their doors and always feel amazing when I leave. You can tell there’s a lot of effort into creating each work out routine. Every day is a new training, it’s never boring and never the same.They maximize the time they have with you to ensure you become a better “you”, they push you, uplift you and motivate you. You feel the coaches’ passion and love for what they do. They also show you commitment and genuine interest in ensuring you reach your goals.I’ve lost 19lbs since August, I’ve learned about macros, portions, food, calories, I have gotten stronger, I have more energy and I feel happy! What else can I ask for?!

Found this gym one year postpartum hoping to get back in shape and feel stronger. Was I surprised to see myself lose 30 pounds since I joined 4 months ago in August! Not only did Coach Jorge and Helen create a motivating and supportive environment to work out, they also guided us on our nutrition to maximize results and improve my lifestyle. I've made so many genuine friendships that pushes me to reach my goals even more. I'm so glad I joined this gym.

I joined ZFit 6 months ago after leaving from another gym. This is the first time iv been in a gym that iv actually seen results and iv lost so much weight thank you to Coach Jorge and Coach Helen for helping me through my fitness journey being supportive Coaches always helping me out and not forgetting amazing people becoming good friendsAnd family. And looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with ZFit.

I have been going to Zfit for over 7 months now. At first it was a couple of days a week. Now its 5 days a week, sometimes 6. I will be turning 50 next week and I honestly feel so blessed to have found this place. I have very bad arthritis in both my knees, the patience and support I get from Coach Jorge and Coach Helen is awesome. I have attended classes in the morning and evening and the vibe at any time is great. I have built relationships that are genuine. We can push each other to not give up and keep going. These ladies are truly my biggest fans and the feeling is mutual!

Seriously the best gym! I’ve been a member since Jan 2022 and the genuine passion and expertise both coaches invest into each individual is unmatched. The environment is friendly and supportive, as we all genuinely want to see everyone succeed at their own pace. There’s a reason why the classes book up a week in advance!

Joined ZFit in August, after turning 34 years old. I realized I wanted to join a friend on this journey she mentioned was life changing - I agreed to join a trial. By day 2 I was completely sold and knew at that moment that Coach Jorge and Coach Helen had every intention to help me succeed and take my weight loss and healthy lifestyle by the horns! I am over the moon with my results and the changes I have seen in such little time - I cannot wait to see what 1 year looks like for me. This gym is extremely professional and the coaches extend nothing but positivity. They teach us how to find the warrior in ourselves and use it to our full potential ❤️ I cannot be happier with my investment and the perks I receive from my coaches. By perks I mean their undivided attention and dedication to their team. Truly happy to be a part of ZFit!

I joined Z-fit after my previous gym closed down. Right from the first day, I felt a warm welcome from the program and the support it offers. I didn't have to look elsewhere. While living a healthy lifestyle may not be understood by everyone, Coach Jorge and Helen take the time to explain the importance of consistency and discipline. The community is friendly, and we all motivate each other to be better every day.

I was a member of Zfit, you pay a very high price for this gym, not only in cost but also in the way the owner treats you. He protrays kindness and wanting to push his clients to be the best version of themselves, but unfortunatley is unable to act by example. This coach often acts out of pure emotion, will emberrass you in front of his class, makes rules that are inconsistent, and plays favoritism. This is the type of business owner who will wait for you to show up at 6am for a class, to tell you he has cancelled your membership (happened to another client), also the type of coach and business owner who will say condescending comments about your journey and say "I hope to see the best version of you someday." Lastly, if you are young and good looking be weary of the second coach because she will make you feel uncomfortable which is portrayed as jealousy of her boyfriend the owner liking you. Please do better Zfit.***update: it has come to my attention that this coach is bribing his clients by offering a free month via raffle if they post a positive review. Instead of apologizing to the young girl you attempted to humiliate when he reacted poorly he is now trying to salvage his credibility. I wonder why none of these clients thought about writing a review prior to this review*******Response to the owner: This coach would repost my comments, write me personal messages, and not once mentioned that I was disruptive or bring any of these "concerns" to my attention. Additionally, never once did he say in any message that I was disruptive. If anything, he is upset that we brought something to his attention regarding a fellow client who has been segregating the gym environment which led to his reaction. Once again, he claims to encourage an open line of communication per his response, yet refuses to communicate nor accept anyone's communication towards him.

I have been a member at zfit for two months now and it has been such a positive experience from the first day I contacted them about classes.My first class was the most challenging because it had been a while since I had worked out but coach Helen made sure to stay close by to give me continued support and guidance through out the entire class. After that I was sold, her genuine care for wanting to help achieve my goals has been unmatched. Coach Jorge and coach Helen have truly pushed me to find the strongest version of myself and I couldn’t be more grateful.It's clear that fostering a positive and uplifting community is a top priority for them, leaving me inspired and eager to return everyday.Not only am I getting killer work outs 5 days a week but I’m pushing my limits like never before. They also make it top priority to provide guidance during classes as they walk around to be sure you’re maximizing your workout every time.

Joining Zfit has completely changed my life. The impact on my physical and mental well-being has been better than I ever expected. I belonged to a different gym for many years before finding Zfit but maintaining consistency was challenging for me. From the start, Coach Jorge and Helen have been supportive and guided me toward my fitness goals, the journey has been tough but really rewarding. Jorge and Helen go out of above and beyond to create a positive and motivating atmosphere. It's more than just a gym... it's a community that promotes personal growth! Zfit is an important part of my life, helping me not only achieve a healthier body but also maintain a positive mindset. I love Zfit and I'm incredibly grateful to have such a supportive gym family.

I joined zfit family in October, I have I lost 26lbs along this journey. Coach Jorge and coach Helen not only have they created a positive and welcoming environment to work out it is Also a place we're I'm motivated to go 5 days a week they not only help you achieve your goals they show genuine interest in you and your family member's.. I was always afraid of attending a gym as a person who was new to working out but Z-fit instantly made me feel comfortable. The coaches are the most supportive people and it’s clear that they want the best for their clients. Coach Helen made my experience even better by constantly checking up on me and making sure I was comfortable. It’s a very welcoming place for a beginner like me and I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else!!
