Cashier handed me $5 off coupon AFTER she rang up my order. Just dumb; didn't notice til I arrived home. Called the store and asked for manager. Was told to call back in an hour because Juan the manager was unloading the truck. How's that for customer service?

First time here, got a phone charger for the car, grapes, and a salad for less than $6. Can't beat the prices and products. Always parking and the lines always go quickly. This lady behind me in line was so kind to me she was buying apples for her boys.

There was an African American woman who always wears a black turban on her head name, "Cotina" who is very rude. I charged everything I purchased to the wrong credit card. I said, "I put this on the wrong card. Can you cancel it and ring it up again?" Frowning with a very angry tone she said, "no I can't it already went through!!" I said, "you're lying, yes you can." She says in a rude angry voice she , "no I can't! You don't know nothing about me or what I can do etc!" SHE WAS LYING! I immediately went to the next line over and a very nice Hispanic lady named "Rosana" did it for me in 10sec. "Cotina" is always rude. I don't know what is going on in her life but she needs to leave it at home.

It is not 99 cents store any more.it has the items $1.99 to all the way $30. Some items doesn't even has the priced marker on them or on the shelf.so surprise co.es when you are paying at the register.

Today was my first time going back to the 99 cent store in a couple months and I was shocked that nothing in the stores 99 cent everything is $1.29 hell I could have went to the Dollar Tree down the street and paid four cents left. But I do like the 99 cent store in Gardena on Redondo Beach Boulevard they do have a better selection of items than the Dollar Tree here on Crenshaw and Gardena

I came in September 20 2023 at 7:05 the store was closed the website says it opens at 7am. I gave them 30 min then someone came out to let 2 gentleman in. I asked what time they open she said 20-30 min. They should update the website that they open at 8.

This location has the most AWESOME MANAGER named Rene. He was very understanding of my issue, and he went above and beyond to demonstrate excellent business management and exceed satisfactory customer service. I am a good customer, and come here often purchase Tao Kae Noi seaweed. I am a satisfied customer because René treated me like a valuable customer. I RECOMMEND A PROMOTION AND RAISE FOR RENE BECAUSE HE DEMONSTRATES PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES. I appreciate him for NOT letting me leave the parking lot disappointed. When I left I was amazed and felt very good about my experience. I had to share my review so that people in the community to say hello to the "AWESOME MANAGER RENE" when visiting this location. THANKS AGAIN FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This location was horrible. The selection of items at this location were limited. The prices of most items in this store were much more than 0.99¢ . Item date's were beyond the expiration date and the items were from $1.25 and higher. Dirty location.
