JUST GOT STACKABLE WASHER & DRYER ! Ruled delivery DRIVERS!! Didn’t hook anything up called the store to report - NOTHING WAS DONE THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND , TRYING TO REPORT ANY OF THEY WORKERS - IAM A WOMAN & I HOOKED THE WHOLE THING UP ALONE JUST FOR IT NOT TO WORK I HAVE EVERY PHONE CALL SINCE IVE PURCHASED FROM THEM I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL I WILL NEVER USE Aaron’s AGAIN! Stay AWAY!!! AN WILL HARASS YOU IF YOU DONT PAY ON TIME ? BUT YET SELLING BAD ITEMS & TREATING CUSTOMERS BAD NOT WANTING TO DO THEY JOB. & THIS A REAL REVIEW

Very incompetent staff and store. I ordered a refrigerator 10 days ago and input my address in of course, only to find out the DAY OF DELIVERY that they don’t deliver to my area in LA. Why this didn’t come up when the order was placed is beyond me. Staff was rude and didn’t seem to care. Avoid them please.

I'm not talking about this location I went online placed an order to get a washer and dryer. Aaron's approved me. The corporate office approved me and then I contact this store and they told me that we are too far to deliver to us, but when I filled out the application online, I put in my ZIP Code and it did not state that this location does not deliver so they make you put your credit card information and they make you do all the information that you need on the application and go through all the steps wait for a few days and then you have to contact them because they don't contact you to let you know that they don't deliver the merchandise to you And you can't go there and pick it up either I don't recommend this company at all. They are so unorganized. Their online stuff is really messed up. They don't know how to state what locations they deliver to so putting in your ZIP Code does not matter because they will still take your information and take your money. Do not go to errands don't recommend them.
