My partner broke his leg in while on a trip to Canada and we had to make ramp arrangements quickly and from afar. Adam was so communicative and caring and flexible; there were variables that required some creative problem solving and he embraced that, bringing expertise and good cheer to the process. Our ramp worked out beautifully - we're very grateful.

The material quality of this product far exceeds that of silicone water dams.It is more supple. When you step on it, you're really not putting any strain on the adhesive that holds it to the floor. I think it will stay put for a long time.

I ordered an ADA shower curtain and the manufacturing took a bit longer than planned. Olga was very responsive and made sure I was taken care of and kept up-to-date. She has exceptional customer service. The shower curtain is very well made and the color is bright and cheery. I am confident it will last a long time as it is quite thick and sturdy. You never know for sure that you will get the product you thought you would when ordering online, but this product was exactly how it was described on the website and I would not hesitate to purchase again in the future.

I had posted this previously. It is in error.Disregard my post.“Was under the impression that the hinges were self-closing based on the description of being a heavy duty off set active hinge.I can make the ones I have work but I now need to add closer which will encroach the opening.”I was more upset with my failure to read clearly and to understand what I exactly ordered.Accessibility construction offered a refund on my mistake which I refused.They did their best to accommodate my mistake I was the one who was un-accommodating.

After comparing Accessible Design & Consulting to Amazon My purchase of four items at ADC was better because the Accessible Design & Consulting purchase was just as smooth and had a LOWER PRICE.I had to return one item and the refund went as smoothly as the sale.Nice job ADC
