Went to this Home Depot looking for a specific tool asked 3 different workers for help was denied by all because "it isn't there department" then finally had a worker call for assistance on the overhead and waited 30 min and no one came to help decided to just leave

Years later and still the same, needed a couple of keys made.. they have a self service machine but I wanted different ones that were hanging on the wall. Anything not to do any work, one of the employees said those are not available, you buy those blank. I literally had those but lost them and wanted replacements... go to any other Home Depot but this one... they aren't there to help even with simple things like keys.... Zero stars

Sergio working at service desk was welcoming, very patient, and respectful. I lost my receipt and instead of telling me he couldn't process the return he was able to look up the transaction with my card. He also helped me find the correct item I was initially looking for definitely went above and beyond!!

The worse, and the delivery company that they work with to deliver. Your appliances are most definitely the worst very rude, never deal with them again.

A place where you can find all the things you go into the store for. Someone is always there to help you and answer questions in all of the Home Depot stores that I go to.

This store has become my go to store while I'm in the mist of a remodel. Being able to find so many different items in one store. Paint, bubble wrap, garden supplies, detergent and cleaning items all in one place. This stores shelves are fully stocked. If you are looking for an item that is not in the store. The associate will look up an item to see if another store has it or have it shipped to you home.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! We rented a tool and paid for 24 hours and a couple hours into the job the job stoped working. We thought it over heated. We tried it again. After trying to figure out what the heck was wrong with it we realized it was the park plug. We tried and tried to fix it and nothing. No one was able to fix it. So we brought it back to the Home Depot and they have the worst customer service ever. Enrique the "supervisor" more like a lead that should be demoted had the worst customer service. If you want to feel like you're talking to the walk talk to Enrique ha!!! Then we asked for the manager and long and behold "Noe" shows up. He apparently did know how to use the damn computer . So here we go we started from square one again! Ugh!!! We dealt with two incompetent people. Poor examples for their colleagues.Nothing was resolved I guess this is what you get for dealing with two untrained staff. Do better HOME DEPOT!!!!

I wish I could not a star at all. This store is poor in customer service and clearly the management is too. What the hell is up with workers there now, do they only cater to hispanics??? And look at this parking lot, people selling shit and the other group of people drinking in the parking lot! Now this part of Inglewood is trash, and you grew up here from the 60s or 70s you know what I'm saying.....The workers here don't know shit, they just talk to each other too much...... I m waiting for manager to respond with your robot response! Do something about this sore

Was on hold for 1 hour. Two people answered just to put me on hold again and the second person that answered was so rude didn't help what's so ever even tho it was basic questions that I needed to be answered and refused to help when I told them I needed a sku check and left me on hold for 25 min

I don't usually shop in this store but I went with my sister because she was looking for a particular item. So we ask RJ to help us. He was such a big help because he took the time to go through different items to see if my sister wanted any of them but she decided to wait and keep looking. I as RJ his name because I wanted to tell his manager how helpful he was and how grateful we were to have such a helper. This store need more RJ's...he gets a 10

I see I'm not alone in my aggravation with this Home Depot. I came in yesterday to return some doors. I had purchased them at two different stores, but was able to take care of business at this location. I walk to the customer service desk; there were two young women at the front counter and three or four young men in the area behind them. I explain to one young woman (facial piercings is how I identify her, no judgment on that) , showed her my receipts and she explained she needed to doors in order to issue the refund. No problem. I pulled the car around, came back inside and was told there would be someone to come and help me. I waited, and waited. I asked again, same story: someone would be coming to help me. I'm standing at the counter and looking at all the bodies WHO WEREN'T DOING ANYTHING as my irritation grew by the minute. Mind you, I'm a 62 y/o woman who loaded up the doors by myself. Did I want to do it again? No. I'm guessing the "customer service" team didn't have a member over the age of 23; there needed to be at least one adult there. I go grab a cart, put it by the car then go back inside to see if I can get help. By that time, there are at least four more people in line for service. I make eye contact with one of the young men in back and motion for him to come over. The look on his face was "Dang! Someone wants me to do something!" I ask him if he can help load the doors on to the cart. Again I'm told "there will be someone here to help me." By this time I'm on fire. I go to my car, load the doors my own dang self and roll everything in. The actual process of processing my refund took less than five minutes. The only reason I didn't ask for a manager is because I couldn't trust myself to stay calm and behave. I'm a firm believer in not going ballistic, especially with people who can help you. I'm hoping I get a survey from HD so I can tell them when I went in, describe the scenario and explain how worthless this group of employees were. I can easily describe the three I had interactions with. Luckily, I can't think of a reason to ever have to go back there. Their tag line should really be "You can do it, but we won't help."

I wish I could give zero stars.. but they might as well shut down this location for how consistently bad the customer service is. It's always difficult to find employees on the floor and when you finally do, they give you the worst attitude. I just left without even purchasing what I went into the store for. What a shame
