I wish I can give this post more than five stars but Victor did a fantastic job installing my battery when another location would not. He was also training a new employee at the same time, so I really do appreciate this patience and understanding. His leadership and quick decision making allows this store to run smoothly.

It was an alright deal just because of the cashier the cashier was very polite but the manager or whoever that guy was who's name is victor so rude so unpleasant so not polite in all maner i will definitely wouldn't want to go back to this auto zone because of this rude character victor.

Had a great experience with Victor at Autozone this morning! I called five minutes before 8am and Victor answered. Finally went in the store and he helped replace the battery in my dads car and more. We all had a few laughs. Great customer service!
