The place is a joke! I was told to come back at a certain time after going in in the morning and being told to set an appointment otherwise it would be an extremely long wait. My appointment was set for the evening time. When I got there at the said time, they claimed that there was a miscommunication between the employees. I was told i was suppose to be there at a different time (how was i supposed to know they changed my time if no contact info was taken) and was brushed off by saying "if you want to schedule a different appointment we can set one for tomorrow?" I looked in the lobby and there was no-one waiting, and this was not said in a nice manner nor a respectful manner. Great customer service Bank of America I will no longer open an account with you guys .

Had this been my own account, I would had closed it on the spot! But I am a financial officer for an organization so I did not have that option. Exceptionally poor service by the male Hispanic bank manager that was on duty at the Inglewood branch on Manchester Blvd in Inglewood, CA between 10:30 and 11:30 am on Tuesday,10/3/2023. I took a seat at the ADA/ handicapped window as I have a disability where standing is difficult when there is a long line (no wheelchair). I had to flag down the manger to ask if someone could assist me at the ADA/handicapped window. HE LIED TO ME and said there was NO COMPUTER OR SCANNER at that ADA window. He told me that I could stay there and track my place in line, then get up and go to a window. I was then "dismissed" as he was too busy. ( Usually the Lobby attendant assists with this task). I waited for my turn. THERE WAS ONLY ONE TELLER! When I got up to take my turn a belligerent customer verbally abused me and refused to allow me access to the window. I called for the manger to assist. HE DID NOTHING but say "I'll be there in a minute". HE COULD SEE AND HEAR the verbal abuse! I was told by the belligerent customer that I can stand as well as she could. He then went to assist another Hispanic gentleman instead of assisting in this altercation. (I am an African American Senior Citizen as was the belligerent , much younger verbal abuser. ) AFTER he assisted the Hispanic gentleman, he ushered me back to the handicapped window, and said a new teller would assist me. The belligerent verbally abusive customer CONTINUED TO HARASS ME WHILE I WAS AT THE WINDOW! Again, the manager did NOTHING TO INTERVENE--( i. e. Maybe call security?) The teller of course of very polite. I told her how I had been treated, (Plus she could hear the verbal abuse). . She explained that she had been on break, which is perfectly understandable. Again THE MALE HISPANIC BANK MANAGER LIED--he never said anything about a break. The teller reported this lack of customer service to the female Asst Manager, who took my name and my contact information. She apologized and said that assisting any customer, especially who has indicated a disability, and has WAITED THEIR TURN for service, is basic lobby leadership. She said she will also lodge a complaint on my behalf. I have also formally complained to B OF A. The positive customer service of both the teller and assistant bank manager is the reason this rating is a "1". Otherwise it would be an absolute Zero!

I just open my business account when from wellsfargo to Bank of America Chantay is amazing person and goes thru every step to have your new business account up and running I recommend her to get you start to your new business bank

I will never understand why people bank here. It's soooo slow. Mom has a problem with her card. This is taking 2 days to fix and cannot be fixed over the phone. So I'll be here tomorrow on my lunch break.

Jacqueline Carrillo is one of the best employees a BOA has ever hired. She is super helpful and showed so much kindness and empathy towards my daughter and I . She is the definition of what outstanding customer service means. Thank you for being so helpful

This review is for the outside ATM and after hours inside ATM. Not the inside bank. If you have a BOA account or ATM card, this is a great location to conduct ATM transactions. Although I don't not have any of the aforementioned, I usually assist someone who does. This is one of their desired locations. It has two ATM machines outside and 3 inside after hours ATM machines (that are accessed by swiping your ATM card. There are no drive thru ATM machines. Also, their ATM machines do not allow you to pick the bill denominations. Also, make sure that you use BOA ATM cards only. Otherwise you will be charged ATM fees. HBD GLC

The absolute worst bank in the United States. Watch out current @ potential customers of this bank. Too big. Extremely insensitive to their clients dealing with your money. Services are terrible agents lack professionalism. And anyone dealing with benefits thru their edd card. Take out money out immediately once deposited. They are an easy mark for hacking and they don't have adequate cyber security. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK REGARDLESS OF SERVICES THEY PROVIDE!!! Otherwise you will be sorry.

I didn't actually enter the building due to CoVid but parking is good because there is plenty of it. The ATM functioned very well.

The lines are always long, bad customer service I went to the atm my money didn't dispense, I called to report the atm and the bank to credit my account, they stated that the atm has been under servaliance??!! Never would I suggest using this bank

Long lines. No agent in lobby to direct you to appropriate services. The check in procedure for the safe deposit boxes is totally confusing. Will be changing banks when the contract is up.

This is one of the worst BA I've ever seen (disgusting) The branch manager Needs to do pay attention to the ATM area outside. The urine smell is so so horrible it's disgusting to be standing in line with the strong urine smell. I've been in some places outside the US and let me tell you some of those places are better than this BA branch. I hope someone really does something about this, and at least keep the area clean DO SOMETHING!!! It was disgusting to take my 2 yr old daughter with me today to use the ATM and have that horrible experience. Shame on you BA

I've been waiting 30 minutes for the receptionist named Stephanie Paterson to finish talking to her friend so she can ask me to be assigned to talk to someone about the customer, the wait is very long, there is only one cashier, the waiting room smells like dead dog and two customer service people sitting on his cell phone while in the waiting room there are more than three people waiting is totally an improfessional behavior and it makes me think because these people do not really do their job. The only good attitude I received today was the police officer who told me that I regret the wait because I decided to leave after almost an hour of waiting.

I went to pay a car note on the screen. I've never used it before. There was an elder black lady that was so rude and didn't wanna help me. I had to get change and the guy in the screen ask her for some change and she refused to even come help me. I was holding up the line and others were saying that i needed help, but she walked away. He called and told her to get me change and she brought it and gave it to me rudely. Very unprofessional and awful customer service. I didnt catch her name. But she had short hair.

This is probably the worst Bank I've ever been to, the Bankers are lazy as hell and are just sitting in their desk not doing a damn thing. One reason why I'm closing my account I can't deal with their b******** I honestly wouldn't have rated them a star. First time ever writing a yelp review, that just shows how bad it is.
