The Best Western Airport Plaza Inn Hotel at LAX offers a practical and comfortable stay close to the airport. While the building is noted as old and some rooms face a noisy, heavily traveled street, the rooms are consistently reported as clean. However, it is not very varied and service ends promptly at 9 AM. The hotel is in a very populated area with excellent walkability to an open mall, plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and local transit. Safety is highlighted as very secure, though the immediate area can sometimes have concerning odors. A private garage is available for a nightly fee. The hotel represents great quality for the price, suited to travelers' needs, and is highly recommended by many guests.
Location is very convenient for gettingto the airport. Much nicer room than the outside would lead you to believe.

Trip was beginning of march and the employee sandra was helpful with our questions and definitely gave us her best customer service. Would definitely consider here for the next trip.

Room are nice and clean but the AC needs to be updated.. its so loud I woke me up a couple of times at night
