The young lady gave me great service and also helped me by having me search my emails for savings. Her name isn't on my receipt (C5483K) maybe that will help to know she is doing a good job. She is young (early 20) petite and African American. I would have never known about my Big Lot coupons. Thanks!!

How wrong I was to believe that the 99 stores were an accessible resource for our economy.... in front of the 99 there is a BIG LOTS and I never imagined how accessible the price and the variety and the friendly treatment of its managers UNTIL THE SECURITY IS FRIENDLY THEY MADE ME FEEL AT HOME and of course I will return
