Very unprofessional and rude employees. Having seen an advertisement for a credit product, I went to their office to ask about the terms. Instead of answering my questions, they suggested that I go to my bank and get a loan there.

Brought several checks and to be deposited teller did not add them up correctly. Until I brought it to their attention. This is the second time this location has not added up deposits correctly that were in check form. Really suspect management and training at this location I would not recommend them at all. Make sure you check what you're actually depositing and what they're actually documenting in your account before you leave. And the teller was not apologetic or sympathetic he had a very apathetic and different attitude.

I want to acknowledge Mr Paul Smith! I have dealt with him a quite a few times when visiting this location and each time it has been a great experience! He goes above beyond to make sure the customer is happy before leaving . I visited when it was close to closing time .. I'm sure he had things to do and was ready to go but if he did I sure couldn't tell. He stayed past the working hours to make sure I had everything I needed . Not once did he seem irritated or ready to go. He's just a overall good dude . You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers . Employees like this should be acknowledged. I can't see myself going to another credit union . I recommend anyone reading this Yelp to do business here .. if he gets a chance to see this I just want to say thank you again Paul ! Btw your Cowboys still suck lol

Senior Financial Services Representative Paul Smith did a great job getting me a great loan. He made the process straightforward and simple. He also answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This is not a good credit union I tried to pay my credit card on the mobile app and it was not working, it would not let me link my bank account to make payments and transfer money. Then I called for help and the lady still couldn’t fix the problem, so she said I can go to a branch. I went to the branch on century in Inglewood and the guy that helped me still hasn’t able to fix the problem. He said I can go home and do it on my computer and it should work or get the money out of the bank and come back to make the payment. I went home and still couldn’t link my account so I didn’t have a choice but to drive back there jus to make a payment.Thank you for reaching out and fixing the problem

Being a member of this credit union is great, there are so many benefits for being a member. Now that this credit union has open it membership to anyone who who live, work and worship in Southern California. You can join also. This location is seldom busy. Received discounts on hotels, car rentals and travel by booking through this credit union. They have low loan rates. You will not be disappointed with this credit union. There is free parking at this location.

I recently joined the credit union because I needed to purchase a vehicle the experience I had with Paul Smith was amazing! I had read previous reviews and review stood out. She stated if you needed financial assistance Mr. Smith would be the one. I went in and asked for Mr. Smith .. everyone knows the process and that is spent at a dealership to purchase a car! .. I told him what my budget was type of car I wanted to purchase .. he did all of this within 1 1/2 hours unbelievable I couldn’t believe it. Mr Smith my experience with you was effortlessly.. Thank you so much for the awesome Customer Service to me!P.S. I usually don’t write reviews.. I wanted to share my wonderful experience!

This guy is So professional, but down to earth, not only did he get me an excellent rate he made sure i was taken care of from beginning to end. As a member of California credit union all I can say it's truly a pleasure doing business with them. They have some of the best staff and finance service representatives I have ever encountered. Me and my husband had the pleasure of being helped by Paul Smith and he is truly an amazing and very helpful person. Paul Smith is awesome. If you need help with a loan go see Paul. He's nice and your business is his business. I'm completely satisfied with my loan processing. I didn't have to make a trip to the bank, the process was seamless!!!! Thanks Paul at CCU Inglewood!
