Two stars only because I paid $65 upfront and didn’t passed the DOT! Not even 3 or 6 months! That would’ve worked for me! The other places I went to gave me 3 months with high blood pressure numbers that were higher than here! I’m out of $65 and no work!

Do not come here if being able to use your CDL is important...they seem to not get the importance of truckers being able to operate.

Somewhat decent , I wasn’t expecting to renew my commercial license again but I did, sucks they only give you a year even if your pressure is passing due to a little elevated pressure. But I think it was just me nervous.
Didn’t like nor care for the doctors remarks on my report saying I’m overweight , when I’m 6’1 and slim , only cause I have a little fat in my stomach, I definitely don’t think that was needed in the comments. But like I said I only renewed it just in case worse comes to worse and in need an extra income , so for that they’re ok for just the basic get in and get out .

My blood pressure was slightly elevated and they just gave me a one year dot card that’s insane never coming back I’d understand if it was really high but it was barely in the elevated side they probably want me to come spend money sooner but instead they lost a customer and I won’t recommend anybody to this place

Do not come here ! I repeat do NOT come here. They will only give your certification for one year due to blood pressure. They literally tell everyone that. Just for you to spend money sooner. Customer service is unexceptional and this place is a scam. Go somewhere else.

This is complete false advertisement. The lady at the front desk told me that the DOT physicals were $60, but yet you see it here advertised for $50. I left and will never return.

Cost affordable price but customer service is trash. As I am waiting in line the man being attended in front of me is in the middle of asking the receptionist a question and she received a persona phone call and started talking on the phone completely cut him off from the question he was asking and proceeds to continue to have her personal conversation. Then she abruptly walks out talking about that it's an emergency. Now she's walked back in apologizes and proceeds to help the man. 5 seconds in she's back on her phone and completely ignores the man and proceeds her personal conversation. Now she's talking all loud inside the building regarding her medical personal business in the establishment while we wait. This place is ridiculously unprofessional. Do not come here.

My first time doing this, going into trucking. I was a bit nervous about it, and there was a lot of paperwork as everyone knows. But the ladies working here know their stuff, they're very efficient but they take time to answer questions and explain things.The physician and her medical assistant gave me some solid advice on different check-ups I should have done in the near future based on my age. All in all I am very happy with the results and I certainly appreciate the additional medical advice I was provided. It only cost $50, great experience overall and I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs a DOT physical.

Been coming to this place since they were off prairie. Always in and out for my DOT physical. Had an one issue once getting released by my doctor after my maternity leave was up and they were able to help me out with that process. Love how quick they are!
