Cricket wireless is very reasonable. We got 4 lines for $120. They also have a bridge pay set up incase your pay day is late, don't have to pay your full bill. They give you 7 days to pay the rest, if needed. But for $120 for 4 lines, WHO needs an extension.

Yesterday I was in the store because I urgently needed a replacement phone. It is the closest to home Thats why I chose that store. To start off i walk in , there were no customers at the time,I was NOT greeted at all for a good 2 mins. I waited patiently and finally the employee that helped me was Perla F. All she said was what is it you need??? But no Hello no smile. I told her I needed a phone then she proceeded to ask what type. I said an apple ph,she then checked to see what was in stock and I decided on an Iphone 11. She told me i want allowed to purchase only the phone. That i MUST get 3 accesories with it!!I didnt seem right so i questioned if i really needed to she said yes if not she couldn't still me the phone. She then said only 2 accessories would be ok. I chose 2 things but it did not feel right at all. I understand quotas have to be met, i understand people have things going on but i was very disappointed with the service. Nothing was explained when i paid and signed the lease agreement. It was just not ok to make me purchase additional items i DID NOT NEED AND I AM NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE! I called CS and asked if it was a MUST for me to get accesories they said NO. I am hoping CRICKET reaches out and fixes the issue i am very disappointed with the service.

This place has been close for hours, if you call the girl there always says she's on lunch and won't open for "an hour". Yea but what time??? "An hour" than clicks. And I see her clearly there not doing anything in the store.

I stopped by this store to pay my monthly service, I was the first costumer when it opened at 10am. Freddy was the only employee, while I was being entertained for an upgrade, customers started coming in.One thing I was amazed was how Freddy handled the situation very well mostly multi-tasking with multiple customers in a Polite, Courteous, friendly and with utmost expertise. I been in this store before, but today Freddy was excellent. I ended up buying an upgrade phone with so much help from Freddy. I highly recommend Freddy, great customer service and very good Public Relation ?

I bought a screen protector here for nearly thirty dollars. The next day it was all bubbled and nearly peeling off my phone. I came back to this store from Long Beach where I live with the receipt two days later and the woman at the counter wouldn't help cause her name wasn't on my receipt (meaning her coworker helped me, not her). I tried fixing the screen myself and it broke. No refund, no help at all. Just a waste of money.

One Wednesday I ordered an iPhone 12 pro max from that place, supposedly it was going to arrive in 3 days, when I later went to pick it up, they told me that they don't know anything, they didn't even send the order, that little shit..., they have employees mediocre and irresponsible, do they think that this is how they will have clients?
I will never go back to that place again.
Terrible customer service.
